It's really difficult to put on a happy face when you're in constant pain due to the five knee surgeries, motorcycle accident, and punishing the spine and knees due to athleticism. It's probably just automatic. Focused on calming the mind to quell the pain.
Rachel, follow your passion. You've lived with the pain and the doctors. You'll be that much better of a doctor because of it.

I don't know if she was in pain or uncomfortable being on camera. If it was neither one then she needs to work on her people skills.No matter how good a dr. is ,if a patient is not comfortable with the dr. attitude or how they act or speak with a patient the patient will seek help elsewhere. I hope she keeps this in mind when she is going to school.
