    Thanks Tanner. I have been doing something similar by myself but I didn't think of this compassion and kindness practice as a type of somatic tracking.

    What if my illness does not include any pain and it's also absolutely legitimately diagnosed and not created by my brain. Is there a point to this practice then?

      So sorry to hear what you are dealing with. It can be helpful to change the emotional response to the symptoms and also reduce any portion of the symptoms that are Neuroplastic. I hope this helps!

      The brain can perform wonders in a healing state so go for it! Read You Are The Placebo by Joe Dispenza or When The Body Says No by Gabor Mate. Wish you all the best

    I also use herbal enemas and coffee enemas for chronic pain and chronic illness.

      @@painpsychotherapy Thank you. I have been using enemas and yoga for detoxing, fitness, health, wellness, disease, illness, sickness, pain management, and weight management since 1995.

    But tanner during day time i have svere brain fog, i am not able to focus on internal sensations.... please give me suggestion??

      I actually visualise the brain fog jn a somatic tracking as a grey cloud or a hazy brown colour all over body. When I focus and slow breath and stay calm etc it massively improves. With these tracking episodes. Helps a lot
