Asemic is an instrumental progressive metal band based in Bucharest, Romania. They began working as a group in the fall of 2013, in what seemed, at the time, just a series of fun gigs. Things started taking shape quite rapidly and they decided they would try to push their artistic boundaries by playing a genre which, although not so popular in the local scene, was able to keep them focused on improving their writing and performing skills.
Current band lineup is Vlad Datcu - Guitar, Liviu Maxim - drums, Alexei Nichiforof - Bass Guitar, Tudor Scanteie - Guitar and Synth, Andrei Alexandru - Guitar.
