- Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone! I hope you holidays are the best ever! In this video, I'm just going to go over a few things I'm working on as well as maybe some plans for the upcoming year in 2024. Nothing in concrete yet.

Marry Christmas. You really don't want to move to the west coast. I live in California it's very expensive and it's hot and dry in the summer and rains all the time in the winter, at least where I'm at. Kansas is nice for homesteading I heard and I've been there, it's nice. But I don't know year round weather.
LOL, not the West coast, just West. Like Wyoming or Montana or someplace like that, only not in the Winter time!
Indeed. When I buy my land I'm thinking about Washington in the mountains or Kansas for the flat land. I'm leaning towards the mountains because I'm enjoying the mountains here in California, it's just to hot in the summer. I really loved the mountains in Colorado nice summer weather but -40°F winters and the 10+ feet of snow were a bit to cold for me.

I'm looking to buy Off grid land. We got 7 acres for sale in promona. Missouri, that's off grid. Was planning cabin there . But things changed . Looking for something And michigan or alaska.
Good luck on your search! I like upper Michigan, but I probably couldn't do Winter there. Never been to Alaska, but always wanted to go there when I was younger. Still hoping to get up there for a visit one of these years!
