      A) Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ peace and blessings be upon him) said, "A woman is married for four things, i.e., her wealth, her family status, her beauty and her religion. **So you should marry the religious woman** (otherwise) you will be a losers. - Bhukari 5090, Kitab Nika / Wedlock
      B) Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ peace & blessings be upon him) said, "Faith (Belief) consists of more than 60 branches (parts). And **Haya** ("Haya" covers a large number of concepts which are together; amongst are self respect, modesty etc.) is a part of faith." - Bukari 9, Kitab Iman/ Book of Faith
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ peace & blessings be upon him) as saying:
Two are the types amongst the denizens of Hell, the one possessing whips like the tail of an ox and they flog people with their help. **The women who would be naked in spite of their being dressed,** who are seduced (to wrong paths) and seduce others with their hair high like humps. These women would not get into Paradise and they would not perceive the odour of Paradise, although its frag- rance can be perceived from such and such distance (from great distance).
(Economy takes advantage of women to get fake bodies)
      C) Abu Udhaynah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The best of your **women are loving, fertile, suitable, and comforting, if they fear Allah. The worst of your women unveil their beauty, take pride in their appearance, and they are hypocrites.** None of them will enter Paradise except as rarely as you see a red-beaked crow.”
      - al-Sunan al-Kubrá 12480, Sahih (authentic Al-Albani)
      D) Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, **“If a woman prays her five prayers, fasts her month of Ramadan, guards her chastity, and OBEYS her husband,** she will enter Paradise from any gate she wishes.”
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Ibn Ḥibbān 4252, Sahih Al-Albani
      E) Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ peace and blessings be upon him) as saying: Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock. The amir (ruler) who is over the people is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock; a man is a shepherd in charge of the inhabitants of his household and he is responsible for his flock; **a woman is a shepherdess in charge of her husband's house and children and she is responsible for them;** and a man's slave is a shepherd in charge of his master's property and he is responsible for it. So each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock.
      - Sunan Abi Dawud 2928 - Sahih Albani, Tribute, Spoils, and Rulership (Kitab Al-Kharaj, Wal-Fai' Wal-Imarah)

Of course she does .. men also obey their boss . It's not about genders . It's a work for money in return .
But she won't obey her husband bcs it's not her boss . It's her partner . They are making a family together . Yes it's the man's duty to provide a house and all what his family needs but it's not a favor , cuz his wife already has a house he didn't get her from streets. And she can Work for herself and gain money to live . Or she is rich already ..
Her man can't ask her to obey him bcs he is a man . No ,, we are obligated to obey Allah only both genders . So iiif her husband is a better muslim than her and she doesn't pray for example there he can ask to pray ,,for her sake .
But who said that always men and husbands are good muslims ?? What If the Wife is better muslim than her husband ?

@@ayoubmiracles3316 "Men are the caretakers of women, as men have been provisioned by Allah over women and tasked with supporting them financially. And righteous women are devoutly obedient and, when alone, protective of what Allah has entrusted them with..." (Quran 4:34)
men and women have clear roles that have been defined in Islam. The husband and wife relationship is not a "partnership" as you put it.
There is a clear hierarchy in the marriage relationship, saying otherwise and going against it is going against Allah Almighty and His Messenger, peace be upon him.
Take your feminist propoganda somewhere else. It is not welcome or needed in the Deen of Allah Almighty.
Men are the imams. Men lead the household. Men are in charge of their wives, yes wives. If he cant be just to all, then just have one. But nonetheless, polygyny is part of Islam and isnt something to be ashamed of. I digress.
You either speak from The Qur'an and Authentic Sunnah or not at all if you call yourself a Muslim.
Our opinion and conjecture is not needed nor wanted in the Deen of Allah. We bring evidence from Divine Revelation, not human conjecture or ideologies like feminism.

I am a Muslim revert. I was born and raised in the USA as a Christian.
I'm speaking from a lot of observation of the perception of obedience in men and women.
The word obedience raises the hair on women's neck because it is far to often associated with abuse and wrongful control sadly, even in the Muslim community.
I see culture being followed too often, not Islam.
Men and women are not following the dean, not learning what the Islamic definition of these terms, obedience and respect mean... too often these words are taken out of context and turned into an excuse to abuse women. A man is not lord, he is not Allah. Man did not make the guidance and rules yet too often women find themselves being humiliated by men who abuse the teachings of Islam.
There are always going to be exceptions because of personality differences and cultural influences, but I find that a woman who is genuinely loved, respected, and feels that she is put first in her husband's heart will fall into her roll naturally. She will want to please her husband because he gives to her first his respect and nurturing love.
A man cannot treat a woman any other way and expect her to not feel insecure. His abuse develops in her fear, then fear grows into mistrust, then into distance, resentment and anger.
A fearful woman who doesn't feel safe will many times become more masculine because that makes her feel empowered. It makes her feel strong and in controll of her life. If she cant get this need met in the Islamic way, the healthy way, she will take care of herself in an unnatural way because she learns that she can only trust herself...
This fear often starts for a woman who experienced a lack of loving, Islamic support from fathers and male family members as she grew up.
I was not loud or obnoxious but I lived in fear of men for many years and felt that I had to do everything myself and for myself.
Learning to trust is a very frightening thing to develop.
Remember that many feminists became who they are because of their experiences, especially in how they experienced childhood relationships with males throughout their lives.
Women hear people, even other women do this, calling a boy a sissy, or tell men don't cry, or you do such and such like a girl.
Women learn to associate femininity with weakness physically and emotionally, being less than, being told that being emotional or having deep feelings is being a girl. Having girl behavior is not acceptable.
I understand trying to masculine up boys and men. But women and boys alike hear that its not acceptable to be feminine. Why would girls want to be feminine if its all being reflected as a negative idea?
Women want to be seen as strong, smart, accomplished in her endevors but that doesn't mean she wants to be masculine, but she learns that behaving in a masculine way is safe.
She is not tought the beauty and strength of being feminine. Young girls learn that the bottom line of being feminine means being sexual. Being sexual fall on the being weaker spectrum...
    This is our culture.
Its not just feminism, there are more and more men today who want the woman to work outside the home. They believe that it's only fair she be the breadwinner too...
There are so many unnatural rolls being played out. Men and women trying hard to accept these challenging ideas and make these lifestyles fit.
I know there are exceptions as I've stated.
But In talking to women in a safe environment, so many wish they felt safe enough to trust. Trust their husbands to be real men in the way Islam, the Quran, and hadith teaches.
Be knowledgeable on the deeper causes of feminism. She wasn't born this way.
The psychology driving this behavior is mighty deep and complex.
    Again, It's just my observation.

Thank you for adressing these topics. Young women in the west are being fooled by feminism big time. Believing that pursuing a career is the only way to be of any value. I was this women and struggled a lot with my self esteem in my 20s when I became a mother. Alhamdoulilah I am a very happy housewife now in my 30s. Pursuing a career is a very good option for some women, but absolutely not for the majority. You have to understand most people dont have careers, they just have jobs. If Allah swt gave you a husband and kids, please dont go wasting this beautiful, beautiful ni3ma on some ordinary job. Feminism has made the exception the norm. Yes there are some women that have extrodinary skills who should develop proffesionally, for our community as well. But this is not the majority of women. I wish these topics were more spoken about when I was younger and trying to be a high value women. I completely missed the mark and had to learn the hard way.

      U can have a career like Khadija , the prophet's wife , still be a mother .
You can learn and Work in islam . In fact , Allah loves workers from both women and men .. what is clear in islam that women are not obligated to spend their money on their husbands or children ... And When they do that , Allah rewards her double reward more than men ..
In islam , women worked and without them nothing could be successfully achieved. . women taught men religion , women opened schools
Do you know that the first world islamic university was made by a woman (Fatima El Fehriya )
It's not a competition , you can be successful in your job , an idol of success for your children and daughters .. and a good mother ..
A man also must do his duty in educating his children and take care of them at home to he a real father . His family doesn't need only the money he gains no . To he a father is more than that

Yes, natural beauty is best. I have been makeup free for so long, I actually feel more free and more beautiful without it. Plus it cuts down on prep time when leaving the house. Makeup is the equivalent of a lie because that is not how you really look. A man think that you look one way, but then you actually don’t. It may actually be disappointing for him. If a man must present his true self then so should a woman. What if a man put on a toupee, drew his eyebrows and beard on, then contoured his face to make his features appear sharper than they actually are, then piled foundation onto his face. Once he washed it off, the woman would be upset because he looks less than what she thought while he had the makeup on.

Then one day they don't wear makeup, for whatever reason, and they literally look like zombies because of the damage to their skin.

In today's world a woman like you described is invisible. And the type of men who value this kind of woman are like one in a million.
Women are pushed into going out there, being loud, chatty and busy in career. Even their own husbands humiliate them if they stay home.

Men are Qawamin = caretakers over women because of the advantage Allah has granted some of them over others, and by virtue of their spending out of their wealth.
It means women can be Qawamat over men too .. when Allah gives them the advantage over their men .. for example , Khadija , the wife of the prophet mohamed was the boss I mean it was her money that the prophet was working With . She Was the one taking care of him when Qurashis Were against him ..
If a man gets sick his wife will be Qawama over him in charge , some men are not good in charging anyway so God gave their Women more advantage over them .
The difference is , that men are obligated with spending their money for their Women , to provide a house , food , anything she and his children need .. but women are not obligated to spend their money for men or their children , it's not her job . She already gives you babies , a warm house .. she gives you more than you can give her .
In a divorce of course men are obligated to give money for the divorced Women . Cuz he ruined her life , he stopped wanting her for some reasons , and women are not toys , that's why u have to pay .. but when women make kholae which is divorce from her side , She gives up her right from the house and does not take any expense and gives you back your mahr ..
She can be even rich doesn't need your money ,but still it's your job to provide what your family needs , it's not a favor that you does to her .. she can eat , wear , sleep , without you .. it's just your job don't ask for anything back . These are huge! The fact is these days people let hygiene slide in favour of spending ages on their hair or clothes if they're women, going to the gym and remaining smelly afterwards and flashing muscles if men and it's awful. That is not taking care of yourself. Mangled feet because of high heels and socks worn for three days in a row! Hair removal and good grooming is SO important! Salam all. This is such an interesting video (as well as it’s counterpart). I have taken it upon myself to analyze this video in a few ways, as you will read in the following comments.
First: this video is not titled correctly. If you refer to the “high value men” video, it is explicitly prefaced saying that the characteristics listed are conclusions of what ALLAH swt wants from believing men, not what people or what society determine to be high value. In contrast, this video while it is titled similarly, clearly is from the paradigm of what (Muslim) men want from awife-INSTEAD of what Allah swt wants from a believing woman. So basically this video is directly rooted in what people/men desire versus what Allah swt desires, which is the exact opposite of the message prefaced in the other video. 🤯in addition, When you compare both videos, this one is highly and primarily centered around wife/relationship, while the other recognizes the different hats men wear. It is not centered on just what an ideal husband should be. To his credit, the creator DOES state this in the beginning of this video explicitly. However, I wish it was titled as such as well. Therefore, my first conclusion is that this should be titled: Six traits that (Muslim) men desire in a wife.
Based on this, I believe the idea of a “high value woman” can and should be addressed by a Muslim shaykha based on the Quran, sunnah, and seerah. A perspective FOR woman BY a woman! Please link it in the comments if you ever come across such a video. I’m sure it would be a slightly different list!

    • @21972012145525
      @21972012145525 Před 2 lety +1

Second: upon viewing this video, it is clear that the creator offers his own biases and preferences. Sometimes this is unclear if this are his own personal preferences, or shared across men, or maybe a mixture of both? To account for that, the video lists the following desired traits in a wife as:
      1. Iman/Taqwa/faith
      2. Outward display of Modesty/traditional female traits and behavior (ex. soft spoken)/haya/beauty (preferably natural?)
      3. Femininity
      4. Motherly/nurturing (unclear if it’s towards her husband or kids?)/wants a family/takes care and educate children
      5. Obedient/respectful to husband
      6. Passionate/loving/intimate/compassionate
As noted: it is unclear if the creator prefers #2 “natural” beauty (ie. Not highly cosmetically altered) or all men prefer it. It is also unclear if men would like their wives to be #4 motherly towards him, his children, or both?
Another question: #6 passionate is a characteristic shared by both men and women according to Gabriel. However, imo the passion in this video seems to be towards intimacy and satisfaction towards the husband and vice versa. The other video made passion to sound more like having passion towards a goal orientated, zeal towards life (including relationships), and just being a considerate and lively person in general. Again, this might also be a result of the fact that this video is just more narrow in scope (what does a man desire in a wife vs. a high value man) as opposed to the other video which is more broad which addressed many aspects of being a man-not just a husband.
I am also a bit unclear on what are the similarities and differences between #3 femininity and #6 passion? Tbh, a lot of the list can be subtopics under femininity, so there is quite a lot of overlap in the list, especially when you compare it to the male one.
I fully recognize that some of these conclusions lie in my own interpretations and inherent biases, so there is that.
Lastly, I wish Gabriel would list one example of each trait he listed based in the Quran, Hadith, or seerah. I have this same suggestion for the other video as well. It would help illustrate specific examples and clear up some of the overlap in this list in general.

It saddens me that plastic surgery is more popular in muslim countries than the western countries. In England most people are natural. There's an English saying "Grow old gracefully " which I see in most older ladies. My daughters and myself also adopt that view. Ok a little bit of makeup is fine because it comes off quiet quickly but to change your features with botox (poison) and surgery. Disastrous!

    • @Blaze72sH
      @Blaze72sH Před 2 lety +2

Not true. Muslims also empower natural beauty. You will probably get alienated if you get a plastic surgery done (for beauty purpose).
Here are some countries with highest plastic surgery rate:
      1. South Korea - Liposuction, nose jobs, and blepharoplasty
      2. Greece - Breast Augmentation
      3. Italy - Botulinum Toxin Type A (Botox Dysport) and Liposuction
      4. Brazil - Breast Implants and Liposuction
      5. Columbia - Liposuction
      6. USA - Liposuction, Breast Augmentation
      7. Taiwan - Botox and other wrinkle treatments
honorable mentions - Japan and France.

So you don't have to be so dismissive of it. We also don't care if man like like your kind like our education. We did it because Allah allowed us to learn.
