The red queen series is one of my favs. I binged all the books in around three days and I’ve reread the series like three times in the last one and a half years.
I’ve been seeing that book everywhere but whenever I read a summary about it never seems like something I would read. What are your personal opinions on it?
Ok so I just read the Red Queen series. You should 100% read the ENTIRE series. BUT the second book is really hard to get through. Just a lot of world building and stuff like that. It also has some of that in the last two just not as much. It’s so worth it though. It’s a great series.
If you want another book where one of the characters has a taboo job, i'd recommended 'The Intimacy Experiment' - it was one of my fave books last year and i'm not even a romance girly 😂 the characters had such amazing chemistry and the plot itself was so unique!
I’m reading “Rewrite our story” at the moment. It is so good so far. I hope it continues to be so good I was waiting for it to get attention on book tube
The Exterminating Manuscript by Gema Clouds is AMAZING TOO, A group of young folks decides to make their first vacation in the last year of college school, but they need money so resolve to simulate a kidnap. A fantastic modern unique epic tale.

For a road trip contemporary YA book with romance, I recommend Amy and Roger's Epic Detour by Morgan Matson. I read the 1st two Red Queen books this year and really enjoyed them. Will read the others soon. And I can't wait for you to finish the Shadow and Bone trilogy!

I just finished The Lake recently. It was a 3.75 star read for me but that's not to saybi didn't find it incredibly entertaining, the quickest I've read a book in quite a long time.

And I don't know if you are looking for recommendations for summer mystery reads but I recommend Evil Under The Sun and Death On The Nile by Agatha Christie

I highly recommend The Liar’s Crown. It’s my new favorite romantasy book and I think everyone should read it.
The Lake is a very good book, I read it last year and it kept me hooked through the entire thing, So did the Fear.
