How to Make Disney Official Dole Whip Using the Official Disney Recipe | Is It Worth It?!

- Learn how to make Disney official dole whip using the official Disney Recipe. In early April the Disneyland official app released the recipe for there famous sweet treat, DOLE WHIP! I'm using the recipe and making DOLE WHIP today and letting you know if it's worth it! Bring a little Disney World or Disneyland into you home by trying this super simple at-home receipt to make Disney Dole Whip just like you can find at Disneyland or at Disney World!
Below are the SIMPLE ingredients that you'll need to make your very own at-home DISNEY DOLE WHIP!
How to Make Disney Official Dole Whip:
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup or 4 oz. pineapple juice
1 big scoop vanilla ice cream (or any flavor you feel would be fun!)
Blend all ingredients together in a blender
Swirl into your favorite up
ENJOY!

I get the pineapple juice in the 6pack of small cans when small quantities are needed...otherwise I freeze the juice from that large can in an ice tray or mini muffin silicone molds and put in a large zip top bag for container...I divey between sweet and sour Chinese food and these for dessert...
🤩I add a cup of extra heavy whipping cream instead of ice cream and it is waaaaay better!!!😉👍

Dole whip or not, I added a bit more juice and some mango, it tasted exactly like the pineapple mango slush I bought from the store, best recipe!

I make them all the time. frozen orange juice (no water) milk, a little heavy cream, ice and vanilla.You don't really need the cream...I'm just a cream hog. But they're super good and my friends are always asking me to make them.

@@chrisnotchucknorris8694 the Los Angeles DinseyLand uses the same powder mix you can buy on their website mixed with ice cold purified water and a pressurized soft serve machine preferably “Taylor c712 heat treated” machine. Articles saying they mix milk or vanilla with chucks of pineapples are untrue, employees simply don’t have time to prepare that throughout the day as some locations at the park will go through 50-70 ounces of mix per day.
I did work their years ago and recipe possibly might have changed but when I was there it was just powder water mix in the machine you go!
Dole whip isn’t Disney. They sell it there but Hawaii is the origin of the dole whip and taste much better at the Dole Plantation in Oahu.
What do you mean by, it isn’t Disney? Of coarse Dole is it’s own company, that is located in Hawaii. They are partners just like Coca Cola or anything else that they sell at Disney. It’s only better in Hawaii at their plantation and Disney Aulani resort because the pineapple is extremely freshly picked right there on their plantation.

I'd like to see you make a cake. But it's not a Disney cake. It's called a Japanese jiggly cheesecake. You will LOVE it and once you make it, you'll be so proud of yourself!!!! But you can NOT measure the way you did here, you have to weigh out the ingredients. PLEASE make it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m sooo confused! Seriously, it’s advertised as gluten free, dairy free, and fat free. How can they advert the recipe as needing ice cream???
I think they put out a fake recipe to fool us! It was still good though!!
The recipe actually calls it a “pineapple treat” instead of dole whip because it’s not the real thing. The real “recipe” is Dole whip soft serve powder premade mix (you can buy it online!) made in an ice cream machine.
There’s also the Unofficial Disney Cookbook version which is dairy free which uses water, sugar, pineapple juice and lime juice.
I don’t know, it’s supposed to be dairy free. Obviously this is not with the ice cream in it…
Yeah, I think Disney put out a knock off recipe! Still delicious though. I used a dairy free ice cream!
Hi Kyle! Nice of you to reply. I scanned some comments on some sites trying to make this dessert and I believe I have found the answer. According to a person who worked at Disney, they just added a powder. This made me think of the delicious Orange Julius from a long time ago. It’s recipe used a coffee creamer powder, so I wondered if it was similar. It made me think this might be it, especially because that powdered creamer is non dairy. Another very interesting tidbit I learned is that the powder for Disney’s Dole Whip is on Amazon! I have ordered a bag of it (not cheap). You need that and an ice cream maker to achieve the actual Disney Dole Whip (and pineapple I think). Honestly, though, I’m going to try using the frozen pineapple chunks, a little milk and a little sugar. Or ice cream, you can’t go wrong with that! Sounds like a great summer pick me up!
