Use Hawaiian rolls for the Ohana bread pudding! We love it even more than the restaurant version!
My daughters loved the crepes in Epcot, France. They're easy to make. 1 tbs butter, 1 tbs sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 cups milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder. Preheat large non stick pan (high--8), add 1/2 cup batter and rotate around to thin. Cook until golden brown on bottom, peek with a chopstick.

Thankyou sooooo much for acknowledging that the real dole whip is dairy free, everyone online keeps saying it’s “just like the ones in the parks” but it’s not. Thankyou soooo much! Also just so you know the original Dole whip is soy based (I know this is true for the pineapple dole whip, not sure about the other flavors), but the banana base is great for people with lactose intolerance like me , Thankyou for the recipie

Hey AJ...my favorite is the carrot cake cookie also. I made some this last weekend. I made tour recipe back in May and the cookie came out like pancakes. Here is another tip. Mix your cake mix with 1/2 cup oil and 2 eggs. Roll a teaspoon of batter into a ball and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Put your cream cheese pineapple goodness in between 2 cookies and enjoy. They are amazing!

If you are missing POG juice (which is the drink you find at Tusker House and ohana for breakfast) Langer's brand juice makes a mix that's super close that I've been enjoying since I got back from the parks last spring.
Yum!! Recently my bf and I have really missed our WDW trip we took in January! So we've made Art Smith's Homecomin' Hummingbird cake at least 3 times! lol and the pizza egg rolls from MK!! :) Thanks to DFB & AllEars we've been able to enjoy these recipes from home!

What a great idea! I can’t wait to try making my own taste of Disney. Not to blow my own trumpet but I make ThE best bread and butter pudding but I use a brioche loaf and warm the slices in the oven for a minute. Try it, you won’t be disappointed

Throughout lockdown DisneyWorld have shared the recipes for “the Grey stuff” and their Apple Pie but I was a little disappointed it was just those 2. Glad to see even more here.
Frozen pineapple chunks, lite coconut milk, and a splash of lime juice in the food processor really hits the mark for dole whip, if a bit on the chunkier side.
Loved the video. I've made Dole Whip at home with frozen pineapple chunks and coconut milk in a blender; super easy and doesn't have banana taste.
For the Dole whip I use frozen pineapple with an unfrozen banana for the sweetness (it doesn't need the sugar if you use a whole banana). VERY pineapple-y and tasty

If you want to make lunch box tarts with puff pastry just dock the pastry before you fill seal and bake it this will let the steam out preventing the puff pastry from puffing as much as it normally would

I've been making Dole Whip and it is so delicious! I use a blender so actually it's more like a Dole Whip shake, but still tastes great. I use vanilla ice cream because I prefer the Dole Whip Swirl when visiting Disney. 🙂
We were supposed to be in WDW next week for two weeks but it's been cancelled for obviously reasons.
I'll be doing these recipes to keep our spirits up.

I found the recipe for the fillet mignon with truffle sauce from the Canada restaurant in Epcot and have cooked that. So delicious amd not as hard as you think!

Here's a tip if you do want to use puff pastry for the pop tarts poke a few holes in the puff pastry dough with a fork before baking, it will keep the dough from rising too much so it isn't a huge puffy pastry and is a bit more dense but still airy, crispy, and chewy!
I make Grey Stuff and put it in an oreo cookie crust. Yum!

One of my favorite drinks at Disney is in animal kingdom at the end of the avatar ride. Underneath the mech is a bar..it serves a drink called night blossom. Its so good. I wish they serve it in Hollywood studios along side blue milk.

The frozen yogurt chain Sweet Frog serves Dole Whip! They don’t always have pineapple, but I tried a mango version the other day!
As someone who spent her college program working at aloha isle, I can tell you there’s no fancy recipe for dole whips. It’s a powder mix, you can buy it from dole directly or on amazon, mix with water and put in an ice cream maker
If you don’t have a sandwich press you can set a preheated cast iron frying pan on top of your sandwich while it’s inside another frying pan. The weight of the cast iron will help press down your sandwich without you having to hold it down with a spatula.

I am not a Baker, when I do bake it's ok, but great. I have tried to make these cinnamon rolls 3 times, and it was a flop only once and that was totally my fault. I was making half the recipe and forgot to halve the pudding, my mistake. They turned out awesome. Even if you're not a Baker try it, it's not a hard recipe.
They used to also have the Monte cristo at Disney world in the rest. at the front entrance which is now the Italian rest. I used to get them all the time when I was a kid...

A grilled cheese sandwich is better with mayo before you cook it. The mayo will add an extra layer of flavor
