- This is a video showing you how to make a nylon stockwhip out of 275 paracord. This was a method taught to me by world-champion whip cracker Adam Winrich. I personally believe this is the best whip style out there. This type of stock whip can perform almost any routine imaginable. The reason being that it has a tight action, allowing it to change direction and form smaller loops. If you are a beginner at whip making, this method may be too advanced. I have several video on how to make a bullwhip out of paracord fast, cheap, and easy. Be sure to check out my other videos on whip making.

Looks like a pretty smooth operation I’d say 👍
Now everyone's gonna be building these bad boys I have a 6 ft matched pair made by Danny Shaw and they work so great I have to agree their one one of the best performing whips out
danny is a super good whip maker
@@ChalkMlik he does very good stockwhip making I would pick his work anyday for stockwhips
@@spencermerrell2755 yup I got a hybrid whip from him it’s super good
@28:23 it shows you lightly securing the dropped overlay strands with the nylon thread. Anyways, I found a much better way to hold the dropped strands without securing them with thread. What you do is apply a zip tie around the strands you just dropped and slide the zip tie down the belly as you work down. I just thought I'd share this so no one haves to worry about the thread making the tension spiral on the whip as well as saving time. It's very useful hope anyone can see this(:
☆Hootyhoo☆ ; what's shakin bud? Nice job on this video, I Will Say.
this is definitely my very next whip! I'm just gathering up my tools and the various supplies; & I should be good to go; 3:00 AM , 2/27/21 IT'S SATURDAY MORNING; STARTING NOW; I'LL HOLLA BACK WHEN I FINISH UP. Oh- I'm going with 550 cord as that's what I've got;
and I may experiment a little bit on my own ; I'LL Advise later ...& I'll let ya know when I finish it up.... the only reason I'm telling you this stuff ( as you may recall ) you've been the source of most All my knowledge regarding WHIPS .
You're kinda my Sensei !
So here we go.... " I'll Be Back " .

I wish I could crack whips like you dude 👍🏻
Thanks for making this video, Great job!!!!
Good video... very informative and detailed.... thanx for the info, going to start a matched set as soon as my 275 cord gets here
Awesome vid! I'm gonna have to give this a try!
You got me interested in the process of whip making thanks 🇦🇺👍
Thank you!!! Great Video on a tough subject
Did he really just consider the smell of pie an issue?!
Whats wrong with you man?
Just kidding!
As usual: nice work man, great tutorial. Keep it comming man I love your content.
Can´t wait to make one of those.
Just wish i was anywhere close as good as you are in whipcracking.
Take care, stay save & healty!
Great vid man sorry by being late is just that I was tired but keep up the good work love the vid
Saved to my whip making video list, good on ya mate.
Nice and snappy
G’day Connor. Quick question mate, is the paracord you attach to the ball chain for your core 550 or 275? Thanks man.
Grey tutorial, worked with 550 paracord and Dacron in the past but never 275 so that is up next.
I’ve never had to wipe a whip down after a wax bath though, a couple drips from the bottom that can be shaken off, otherwise it is dry to the touch almost immediately
if making a performance hybrid, is it safe to tie 2 strands to the core for a handle connection?
G'day Connor, Thanks so much for this great video!! Do you have a link for the Pseudo English Eye Fall Hitch? I have tried to click on the card in the video and have also searched your channel and youtube for it without success. Thanks again!
Can't seem to find the video on the pseudo eye fall hitch. Was it deleted or something?
thanks connor for the video but is this a 4, 5 or 6 foot whip. Cheers man.
Great video, would help a lot if all the required materials + tools would be introduced at the same point. Are all the cords used gutted?
yes, the cord is gutted
What brand do you use ? Because i found some brands are too stiff and some too losse
Do you have a source to find the “Pseudo English Eye Fall Hitch” video? It’s not available on CZcams anymore.
Can you tell me the advantages of using the 275 cord over the 550 cord? Why trim the cords in the core and so forth instead of just adding the lengths that you need to begin with? Thank you for your well produced video. It is easy to follow and well done.
I was hoping for an answer to this question. I’ve yet to find the answer.
@@kevinorr328 A finer strand count tends to yield a more fluid and better flowing whip than an equivalent whip with a coarser strand count. There is also more room for pattern work if desired.
What are the lengths of paracord for the grip on the handle?
Hi there are links for all your sections EXCEPT how to finish the whip with the PSEUDO ENGLISH EYE FALL HITCH. The link seems to be missing. Could you please add it. BTW I just finished my first ever whip using your video (6 foot version). Thanks heaps for sharing.
I would like to see it too
please tell me how long to make stockwhip?
May i ask how many ft were you using?
You are EXTREMLY good at teaching new comers the craft of whip making. Although you are an expert in this area i believe you could teach anything. Your incredibly smart but not a smart ass. You've really found at least one of your most valuable callings and that is making tutorial vids on youtube + whips of course(that's 2 callings but anyway you know what i mean) Thank you sir..
👍
AAAA tutorial! Really enjoying the new videos. I might be liking them better then Nick’s. 😆
What's ball chain and where to get it?
What brand of paracord do you use ??
Did you say what the strand drop lengths were for the core? I might have just missed it?
He doesn't say. You just have to guess, because it's too hard apparently to put a few numbers on the screen
So what length is the overall Thong - and you cut 1" from the handle - so is it really only 15" handle?
The thong is 4 feet, with a 15'' handle
how much would this cost approximately?
What size is the ball chain ??? I usually use BB’s so knowing the size would good
It's the standard size: 3.2 mm
Thanx for the response
Got another question for you about the nylon twine can I use artificial sinew ?? Don’t have nylon string but I do have Kevlar twine for crackers will that be satisfactory ???
Can I use 550 instead?
Sorry to bother you again..but what is that material you are binding/whipping the cord keeper with at 44:59
It's like a thick sewing thread
Hey Connor. Can you PLEASE make a 6ft 275 cord bullwhip tutorial?
If I ever have the time, yes I will.
@@caliberwhips9595 Thank You
@@caliberwhips9595 do you sell and whips for $100 or $150?
@@vincechristain3226 I do message me on Facebook at janek Kaila
What’s the diameter at the largest point in the thong?
where do you get poly string at
From a whip maker in Australia, but the company that makes it is out of business.
I cannot make one of these whips to save my life. I've been trying to but no matter how much i roll the core or how flat it gets... it's never enough space for the strands to cover.
How much do you sell these for?
You can do it!!! Watch the video while you make yours.
cr ap...now i gotta buy 275 paracord lol
BTW; THAT WAS : "☝•✌•👌•👉" 1•2•3• GO!
Make it extra hard and go 90 paracord
You don't explain things very well
The core & belly for example. A few simple numbers on the screen telling the measurements of where you cut & drop strands would be more helpful than just showing the finished work and making us guess what you're doing.
It ain't that hard to figure out
