Vader literally would NOT have… he’s objectively fought stronger Jedi like Galen Marek’s Father who was said to be no less stronger than the other Jedi that were taken out in the time of Order 66.
Sidious has toyed with Yoda throughout the Clone Wars and Order 66, the Vader before ROTJ (when he’s still heavily conflicted and mental Nerfed) is stated to be roughly 80% of Sidious’ power.
Yoda would’ve gotten smoked. Obi Wan had become stronger than him and he was unable to take down Vader, what do you think was the point of training Luke and making sure him and Leia stayed alive? It was so Vader would be convinced to finally take down Sidious when he found out that his Children lived.

Yoda was on the verge of dying of old age and didn't have his lightsaber. I doubt he'd even attempt to fight Vader. He'd more likely ghostify himself. "Become more powerful than you could possibly imagine, I shall, if you strike me down."

Of course Yoda had his saber. Its why Luke eventually found it after Yoda's death and offered it to Grogru in Mandalorian.

There's been 1000 videos on this particular topic already😂😂😂. Palpatine told Vader that Yoda would have killed him had they fought instead of him fighting Obi-Wan and that he would STILL kill him if Vader happened to seek him out. Pretty simple.
