Thank you for uploading this, I found it fascinating .How wonderful to grow up there. I grew on on the West Coast(Calif) in a Seaside town and I always loved it when it was bad weather, just loved when it was stormy. I have no idea why but preferred it that way.

Just got back from St Ives today, mostly a windy week and the rain was blowing into the front of The Sloop on Wednesday, a mere breeze and drizzle compared to the strom on the film. The sea has always fascinated me, and it's power is unbelievable.
I do the lottery every week, just in case then I go for a pint in The Sloop every day!
And hopefully, maybe witness soemthing like this in person one day.

We are planning on moving to this beautiful location next July, and its one of my favourite places in the world. It gets its glorious heat from the Mexican golf stream, also St Ives attracts artist with the unique way it reflects natural light because of the sand and the white buildings. This whole storm thing is rather rare hay, quite odd.

I love St.Ives so much! When I was there in October, I ran across where the toilets are.... and I got soaked then I couldn't get back so I had to walk through the town wet and freezing. Then the police blocked it all off so I went up on the Church yard! Check out my video St.Ives October 2008!

Extreme people, the taxpayers have to pay for their safety, emergency services, and H.M. Coastguard for public safety and rescues.

@georgeman2468 They arent like that in cornwall i think the only thing that gets up peoples noses is that some people come to cornwall to live down here to start a new life away from the city etc but they then moan that its not like where they came from before and that alot not all of people visiting litter everything up. All of this ohh arhh crap is noncence.
