@@nicopetri3533 Yes, Sawano's part was phenomenal too, but I think he missed the mark on properly adapting Ashes on the Fire. Yamaoto's arrangement sounds like a cohesive beat that perfectly combines the season 1 theme with Ashes on the fire, with amped up percussion making it even more emphatic.
I hope Yamamoto continues working with Sawanao for the second part as well.

I have to say Sawano's part felt like a nostalgic callback and it was really good at that.
Yamamoto's part was epicness pure that didn't want to stand in Sawano's shadow.
I really think Attack on Titan's OST benefitted from Yamamoto big time and it would be even better if both worked together to make it even more memorable than it already is.
I think it was confirmed that Sawano is going to work on season 4 part 2, don't know about Yamamoto though.

Attack on Titan wouldn't be Attack on Titan without Sawano-san and when I saw that he wasn't in full charge of this season's soundtrack I was a little bit skeptical and disappointed...... BUT HOLY DAMN KOHTA IS REALLY DAMN GOOD TOO

I commented something about this in another video, but I'll say it again here. The more I listen to Kohta Yamamoto, the more I see that he's using much more synth and effect to create such ambience and literally put a bang instead of using melodious flowing notes. While Hiroyuki Sawano uses more melodious strings and brings the mood completely. To put it simply, Kohta Yamamoto is Fire (for the effects and explosive brass and choir) and Hiroyuki Sawano is Water (for the soothing, flowing melody, strings, and lyrical). Both of them have their own significant style and both of them are one of the most epic composers in anime ost. Incomparable, they're great as they are. Attack on Titan surely is being handled by these mad composers x"D

Actually, there are theories those are foreshadowing for the anime. We'll only know when Part 2 releases but there are a few plot points that if deleted/retconned may actually mean we'll get a different route there.
This OST it's mean when Eren Yeager when he get reborn and rebirth in the anime version of the anime time line perspective and his Last war in the anime version of the anime time line perspective the big secret of attack on titan it's the survey corbs Logo has 2 wing's 2 different ending perspective in a different time line perspective the first ending in the Manga and the second ending in the anime white ending and dark ending or black ending
