Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Bacon - The simplest spaghetti!

The simplest traditional spaghetti with some bacon twist. Spaghetti aglio e olio or "spaghetti garlic and oil" is a traditional Italian pasta dish from Naples.

INGREDIENTS
• Spaghetti (I use La Fonte 225gram)
• Salt 2 table spoon
• Garlic 10 cloves
• Strip Bacon 250 gram
• Olive oil 2 table spoon
• Chili powder 1/4 tea spoon
• Chopped parsley 1 table spoon
• Grated Parmesan Cheese
In this video I'm showing how easy it is to cook the dish, even with only 1 stove. Traditionally you will only need garlic, oil and some chili powder or flakes, but in this video I also use bacon and parmesan cheese.
This is definitely much less hassle than cooking spaghetti carbonara or bolognese, perfect if you're craved for some quick pasta!

Good catch! I guess it didn't make it to the video, you can pour in some of the water when mixing the pasta with other ingredients if you think the pasta is too dry to moist it a little.

There is the strach of the pasta in it so if you add it at the end and let the water evaporate, the strach is going to thicken the sauce and add a creamy texture.
