      implying that you have to choose between either going to the gym or playing games? lots of people do both and are doing well at both
      the general rule of thumb is about 2 grams per kg in a day
      so a 70kg person needs *about* 140grams
      anything waay above that isn't really gonna be absorbed and turned into fat, OR it's going into steroids-territory where then it kinda will absorb

      It is stupid that he's taking so much, but I'm pretty sure excess protein is not stored as fat, just passes through your kidneys and is excreted in urine. Carbs and saturated fat are stored as fat however.

Protein metabolism uses extra water, so high protein intake may lead to dehydration. And by The Smarter Science of Slim: "Protein itself cannot be stored as body fat. However, there is a super-highway shuttling glucose to our fat cells. At the end of the process, 35% of the calories we get from protein can be stored as body fat." So, I understand that if I take too much protein, I will have to lower my other calories intake (carbs for example) even more, otherwise I will be fatter, and if I do that I will compromise my health anyway, because its just bad for my liver, kidneys and bones. And of course if I eat less carbs I will have less energy too.

    I saw you put 4 scoops of ISO-100 into your shaker for after your workout. Is that what you drink in one shot or you drink a little here and there after? I've heard of taking up to 40g of protein post, but not 100g.

    For anyone who would prefer a cheaper and good way to gain muscle power and size. Some kreatine with BCAA 0.5 to 1h. before workout. Some muscle mass gainer and BCAA shortly after workout to help the muscles regenerate. And please guys don't shortcut with steroids, your health is worth more then a few injections.

    I use a pre workout that has a creatine
    Is ok to use a creatine after workout i use creatine xxx 5 in 1 ripped product
    And i always use intra workout amino max
    . And use a amplified 100% whey protein advance for a post workout. And bcaas extend recovery afterwards. And i love my hydro cup.
