- After Brazil, Colombia boasts the second richest biodiversity in the world. However, this diverse ecosystem is currently under threat from deforestation, which is rapidly becoming a new plague. The Colombian military has shifted its focus from fighting guerrillas and drug trafficking to tracking down illegal loggers who are responsible for destroying thousands of hectares of primary forests each year. The fight against deforestation is being waged through various means, from armed combat to educating younger generations about the importance of preserving the country's flora and fauna. Unfortunately, the consequences of this disaster are proving disastrous for Colombia's unique and precious ecosystem.

salut , être conscient du mal que l'on fait mais le faire quand même c'est quand même une sorte d'avidité car si c'est pour vivre voir survivre alors pourquoi agrandir sans cesse ??? ce sont les grands groupes de l'agro alimentaire qu'il faudrait taper au porte feuille mais très très fort à tel point que ça leurs coûte plus cher que ce que ça peu leurs rapporter !!! c'est vraiment une vision d'horreur tout ces arbres au sol !!!
