i paid for penly(so hard to use) and kilonotes (really like the features and the flashcards are good but no vertical scroll for android versions and exporting is so hard its not directly exporting to my tab) then end up with touchnotes(easy to use and has vertical scroll and exporting is easy) hahaha
same 😢 maybe if I get used to digital note-taking a bit more, i'll switch back to penly.

I highly recommend touchnotes as the buttons for Xiaomi pen can be used❣️

Hello! I bought the Mi Pad 6 and will be receiving one in a few days. A few questions though. Are you using the global version? I heard that updating to HyperOS actually makes the device slower and buggier(?) How was your experience so far? Are there any quirks with the HyperOS update that you encounter?

The tablet supports palm rejection, but unfortunately, the stylus I'm using is a capacitive stylus that doesn't have palm rejection.
Does pad mini 6 by apple has pal rejection through any stylus or just with apple pencil and what about this

Hey can you share the experience with this stylus pen i have been meaning to buy this but the pen's nib kinda looks like it would be difficult to work with, i don't want to invest in expensive options...
So is there any diffculty while using it ?
It works fine for me! 🙂 I haven't had any problems with the nib; it does the job. However, can't expect it to have all the features of the original stylus 😊

did you face any issues with the HyperOS update on the Pad 6? I see alot of posts and comments on reddit of people complaining that it made their pad laggier. Many also complained that the auto rotation and auto brightness were not working properly..
also can Mi Canvas sync to OneNote or google drive? side note i am planning to get a tablet for notetaking in uni and am considering the Xiaomi Pad 6 or Samsung S9 FE, the price difference in my country is ~$100 USD including the pen. could you tell me any issues that you have with the pad, like what you dislike and what you wish the pad had?
Yes it did make it stutter after the update.... Then I did factory reset and now it's working normally.
I haven't encountered any issues so far after updating to hyperos
The Mi Canvas Notes can be synced to Xiaomi Cloud, but unfortunately, you can't sync them to OneNote or Drive. since I use it for light work, I still find it worth the money

Does this tablet have a good palm rejection even with that pen? Would you recommend it for an electrical engineer student? I get a little scared to buy it, because everyone in my university uses iPad or samsung and not Xiaomi
I use it for my uni work too, and it works fine for me. I use the pen to draw fashion illustrations and take university notes. It does the job, and although it doesn't have palm rejection, it works perfectly fine with palm rejection gloves. Hope this helps 😄

It's only for Xiaomi Pad 6/6 Pro/Max/6S Pro 12.4 and maybe in Xiaomi pad 5 too which I am not too sure.

I love xiaomi pad 6 but the xiaomi smart pen 2 is so expensive. I have to save up for another month to afford it. Any other options for this type of pen?
it seems that there isn't another third-party smart pen available as an good alternative.The capacitive pen isn't that bad ,it works fine for me 🙂
