On your Mi Pad 6 Notes app, you have accidentally turned on "Take Notes Only With Pen" feature when using it with the official Xiaomi pen, which is necessary for the palm rejection feature to work while using the original pen. Hence it is not letting you write with the third party pen because the third party stylus registers as a capacitive tap only, not as a pen/stylus.
Maybe you can test this out and update in a pinned comment
Maine check kiya & actual m option Name hai Notes mein "Draw with Fingers" ye enable ke baad 3rd party stylus work karega but Palm rejection nahi and same time aap apne finger as well as Stylus kisi se bhi write kar sakte hain

just like capacitive touch and resistive touch, pressure sensitivity for "a capacitive touch" display is a new and different technology, and pen sends the signal if touch should be validated or not and with how much pressure. whereas, normal styluses imitate charge capacity of fingers, does it only works when you turn off palm rejection. Wacom, Apple uses this extensively.

You missed a point. Due to usb 3.2 you can use an external monitor as well.
Also the keyboard is amazing and stylus is good as compared to apple pencil.
Use goodnotes app. One note is not primarily built for stylus.
It's definitely the best under 30k in Android segment. No lag, no shutter. 144 hz crisp display. And sd 870 is a beast in processing output and gaming. For studying also it has many accessories available. So yeah a must buy if you need a tab.
I bought it in Flipkart big billion at 23K with card discount for 256GB variant. I really liked it for binge watching and online streaming videos. But only thing is sometimes its heats up little bit but am using back cover so it doesnt feel that much. Over all my first pad experience so kind of liked it.
How's it in content watching? Can it play 4k video without much heating? For ex a 4k downloaded movie
@@ankitshekhawat2490 i watch it in 1080p only. sometimes i watch i 2K as well in youtube. But sometimes its heatup all of sudden at charging port side on display because of battery i think (not sure) but yes its my first time experience in tab so kind of liked it.
Edit : i nver downloaded 4 K movie in tab so didnt tested that and also not worth to watch 4K in that 11 inch screen. I recommend 1080p (Full HD) or 2K is enough. HD (720p) feels low quality.
and i have 27inch Monitor where i connect my laptop and watch movies/series in 1080p. based on this above point i mentioned. so for 11 inch display 1080p / 2K is enough.

4:15 UI supports 144hz refresh rate and also other apps too... But you connect pencil to pad, refresh rate will drop to 120hz...

I brought this tab when it launched initially. I got the 8/256 GB variant. Been gaming like a psycho😂 BGMI, CODM, PUBGM, MLBB, PSP, PS2, PC emulation, Java, some casual games but even after all these, the tab still has enough storage and performance is still like before.😂 This tab has revolutionized android tab market.

For those who don't know there is a bug that lowers the level of widevine L1 to LE and it's still not fixed, although there are ways to solve that problem but all are temporary. Still a really good device for the price
I don't have such problem in my unit while streaming.
Try updating the miui to 14.0.6 version, that fixed my problem

Regarding software updates I guess pad 6 might get till Android 15, as I'm using pad 5 I got 2 android updates.

The biggest need for using a tablet is multitasking, the second use case is note taking. But the lack of third party stylus support is a problem. I hope it is not intentional and is just a bug.
Otherwise it is a superb package.
You can use 3rd party. There is a mode in the tablet which only allows the offical pen to write which allow some special features. I think sir has turned that on causing no 3rd party stylus working
I also bought the Sane tablet a few months ago ..just wow and good performance and For its sound quality Dolby Atmas likes Raw even more ❤

I've been using this tab for one and a half months. He will talk about the advantage, the only complain I have is sometimes the Xiaomi pen gen 2 stops responding and needs restart of the device. The buttons on the pen works, only the tip freezes. I don't know why but I've sent the feedback. Hope they fix.🙏🏻
The problem remained for nearly a month, now I don't have the problem. Also the device got hyperos update which made the device even smoother.

@@atularman7215 Maybe that's related to region I am in. I am in Nepal with Nepal as a region. But anyway many of my Indian friends already have HyperOS. So, please check in manually in the phone's about page in the settings to see if there is update.

I got the tab AND Xiaomi's official Pen Gen-2 under ₹29k and I'm loving it so far. Performance is buttery smooth with the 870 processor and 144Hz display, battery life is great, display is great for the price too and the note-taking experience is very good for students with Notewise or Noteshelf apps as these have minimal latency. For students who can't spend around ₹35k on the Samsung TabS9FE, this one's a great choice! But I'd still suggest you to go with the S9FE if you can afford it as Samsung's S-Pen performance with SamsungNotes is unbeatable.

It's not good, but THE BEST when it comes to midranger, and easily the BEST under 40k without any hesitation !! Have been using this for almost 3 weeks and haven't been disappointed. Xiaomi certainly bought a revolution in Android tab market with pad 5 and now pad 6 is continuing its legacy !!

Watching it on my pad 6 right now. I got it during launch. Overall performance is very nice no complaint on that department. But only thing is i lost my widevine L1 certification to L3. I am not able to get the L1 back. Already did factory reset, software update even i visited service centre but no help so far😢.

i got 256 varient of mi pad 6 in 22. ipad is so so so old design and just trash compared to it. used both. and choose mi pad 6 over it. i cant say for long term. but for 2-3 years, am sure ipad cant come the performance and buttery smoothness 144hz xioami gives. tye screen is better than iPad, far far better. ipad screen is trash. not for multimedia. bad hdr. bad contrast. its only for old people.

I'm currently using the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (Snapdragon 732G version) which I got it for ₹18000 during Amazon Great Indian Sale... My primary purpose is to make notes and for study related work and the S Pen included with the tablet is a boon for me... Moreover Samsung has a great user experience and the Samsung Notes app is just phenomenal... It has a huge numbers of options and the "Penup app" for drawing is very fun to play with during leisure. Can't comment much on gaming performance since I don't play games. But during the day to day use the UI is smooth with only occasional lag here and there sometimes. So, satisfied with it till now. Bought Samsung due to the trust with the brand as well as good and stable software update along with the possibilities available in the Samsung Notes app which none other Chinese brands provide.

It completely worth it, you can easily take notes and palm rejection is just amazing.

This tablet is good for media consumption , but if u want real productivity Ipad is still the best. The note taking apps available for ios are far superior. Also if u r using an Iphone or mac, everything seems so well connected and it just works flawlessly. The only problem with ipad is 64gb base storage, and an average screen.

I don't see the logic of buying high end devices unless they are an important part of daily life.
Whatever the brands claim of life span after 3-4yrsin the end you'll get bored of the device and will change that so money is a factor
20k is a decent amount for Phones with an upper limit of 30k anything above that isn't value for money

Xiaomi ka products mein biswas krna tough hai. I was a constant user of Xiaomi phones (Mi lite series) and 2 of the phones dropped dead all of a sudden.
Would suggest to invest some more money and get a non-chinese brand for longitivity 😊
Non Chinese won't go longer. Better brands can go longer. And in tablet department, only ipad can be trusted. All others r large screen android phones which will go bad in 2-3yrs for sure. It will lag like a 2gb ram device
In Xiaomi official website it is mentioned that the pad 6 will recieve 2 years major Android updates and 3 years security updates and i noticed that the updates are given time to time without any major issues

But I don’t know why I felt like pad 5 was smoother than pad 6.
Pad 6 was kinda laggy.
