Hi, Lauryn. We have a 5 month old boy. We took the taking Cara baby corse as well. I really really glad that I took the course!! It was soooo hard for me to hear my baby crying/screaming in the beginning of our sleep training journey. (we usually rocked him to sleep before we started sleep training him. ) But It’s so amazing to witness his transition. Now he can puts him to sleep after our night routine! Please give us update. wish you good luck!

My baby is 5 months and we just started TCB this week! He’s doing shockingly well with it lol I would breastfeed him to sleep and he would wake up at least 5 times a night looking for boob for comfort or eat, but I’m following the wean slowly method. Hopefully all goes well for Zeke! Good luck mama! 😊❤

Idk if this is helpful (won’t help the spit up stains) but I always take my baby’s pjs off before feeding her and then just feed her in a diaper and bib, and get her dressed for the day after she eats. None of her clothes are stained so far!
Also, we have a long sleeved bib which will be helpful in the winter when we don’t necessarily want to feed her in a diaper. :)
