(personalmente sulla mia sarei tentato di eliminare solo la pancia/muffler nel finale oppure acquistare il terminare remus, sicuramente quest'ultima opzione è molto più cara) e poi come seconda domanda volevo sapere se hai montato dei distaziali o è solo un effetto del cerchio. Lo immagino! merito dell'insuperabile 4x4 giapponese ;-) lei fin da bambino è sulla lista delle mie auto preferite. Specie la STI Prodraive del 2002 :-) Ma anche la tua è molto bella, e con il diesel non cosumerà molto ma avrai sicuro prestazioni ottime e un sound meraviglioso!
si anche per me la STI del 2000 e il top!!! ma ho dovuto scegliere un giusto compromesso tra consumi e prestazioni, visto anche i KM che faccio.. e l'ho trovato alla perfezzione!!!

Very interesting seeing a hood scooped impreza that's not a wrx or sti. Interestingly enough, even though it's only 2.0L compared to the wrx/sti 2.5L, it makes more torque than the same year equivalent.

If i'm not wrong mu subaru legacy 2.0 diesel has the same engine with your impreza. Ive got 150hp stock which mods should i done to get 200hp. Amazing work btw
Mine has 140.000 km, and it's a 2011 model; I just had to change a pipe wich goes from the intercooler to the intake because it had a crack; Other than that, with regular maintenance and a bit of care it can last without any big problem (my father's Forester, wich has the same engine, is now around 200.000 km and it works like a charm)😃

@@eduardodacosta4670 im in Ireland removed my dpf on my Ford focus everyone gets it done and the 1.8 focus comes without a dpf from factory once you clear it up with the insurance company and passed emissions on the nct it's perfectly fine
@@curtishorne4046 Good for you , I made the mistake to buy a used diesel Impreza from 2009 with 145.000 km on board and the engine broke down 3000 km later , now I wrote an email to the producer in Japan and they agreed to swap my engine as it was an engineering mistake when they made it , so I get to pay only the shipping which is like 100 euros. Not that bad in the end 🤣 guess im a lucky case
@@Demofix33 The price range of wrx hatch is far greater than the same year diesel equivalent, let alone a same year sti. The reason why these are so interesting is because it's a 2.0L T4 and not to mention a boxer diesel. The petrol 2.0L didn't come with a turbo option.
complimenti! sound notevole! Anche sulla mia forester diesel ho defappato, perché avevo problemi e mappato a 172 cv, nulla di esasperato. Ora volevo eliminare i 2 silenziatori terminali mettendo 2 tubi dritti per sentire un po' il boxer diesel... spero di ottenere qualcosa.

ciao, ho sostituito filtro con uno a pannello, rimosso silenziatore, tolto il FAP, e mappatto il tutto! in seguito ho montato una frizione rinforzata, ho fatto gia parecchi chilometri e sembra che regga molto bene la meccanica

I thought about buying a DT Impreza but I got told that they brake all the time. Soo is it just people talking ore dos it really have a problem? If I by it im gonna us it from hunting to geting to work to now and then go to car meats. And a ton of road trips. So trying to finde out can the TD Impreza handel.
Ye, they really do have a problem, but it depends a lot on the handling of the previous owner, and on sheer luck. some of them last 300kkm + without engine problems, and some break around 100k (mine broke this summer at 142kkm...)
my 08 diesel hatch has a 6.0L/100KM - 6.8L/100KM usage. 6.8L only when driving quite hard :-) I do 25 000 km/year, thats 15k miles with the stock 150 hp that is

I hear standard cluntch its dont enaugh strong to standard power and in my country pople have lots of ploblem whit them on standard power,Subaru service free chenge ECU map for softer start.I have standard legacy and if i drive hard i smel cluntch.sory for my english 😥

ciao grazie mille! rispetto al video precedente ho tolto il FAP e mappato adeguatamente la centralina, ti sconsiglio remus a mio parere sono soldi buttati, riguardo al cerchio non monta alcun distanziale, a solo un ET diverso mi pare 45, ;)

No problem man! So I remapped the ECU, I put a panel filter and i removed the DPF with an direct exhaust

Joni's numbers are correct, totally same here. got to 7.4l/100km tops, on an empty curvy road, always 1-2 gears lower than optimal for high revs.
Wish they wouldnt have caved to the EPA and brought it to the US.

It is turbocharged, and normally 150hp originally, probably this one is modified
