Karasuno" is a school in Miyagi Prefecture and "Nekoma" is a school in Tokyo.
They are about 360 kilometers apart, so they use the Shinkansen bullet train for transportation.
The Shinkansen takes about 130 minutes, and it takes about one hour from Tokyo Station for the high school students to travel to their respective homes.
The "Nekoma" players had to end their practice match because of the time it would take to board the Shinkansen.

5:42 to clarify in case no one else does, what tanaka did there is a "wipe" or a "tool". Basically whoever touched the ball last, and the ball goes out of boinds, the other team gets the point. So some spikers will hit the block, with the intention of launching the ball somewhere they can't save it

Ah you guys asked about the Shinkansen. I honestly am not sure why they didn't translate it, that's the bullet train in Japan. They are the trains you would take if you needed to get from the city (Tokyo for Nekoma) to the country.

16:50 Yup it's not luck. Kenma noticed that all of Karasuno's back players gravitated closer to the middle line as the rally went on longer and more frayed, leaving the edge of the back open. Masterful
19:25 I do like the subtlety in the scores. On Nekoma's intro episode, the opposing team said there are no offense or defense geniuses in Nekoma, yet they're so good/difficult to play against. And it reflects on the 6 sets between Nekoma and Karasuno. Karasuno is full of potential, but half of the team are new, and our duo are shaping incomplete weapons. That's why Karasuno didn't get pummeled; the gap in the scores are close. But it's a testament to Nekoma's teamwork that even if they don't destroy Karasuno, they won all sets.

There are a bunch of episodes that have post credit scenes from here on out so if the end credit seems too long then wait for it. Also there are OVAs you will have to check out after certain episodes especially once the tournaments start. There should be a list of order in which OVAs need to be watched somewhere on the internet. Do check those out, sometimes new characters are introduced during those OVAs

there is no hostility at all in Haikyu matches and we all love that. I mean it's all just pure sportmanship between teams & rivals (we'll get to see this more in S2 and forward). Maybe some characters just irk one another because of their sheer skill/talent, but most of the time it also shows how they admire or in awe with each other to the point they don't wanna get left behind and just wanna keep up to one another!

The players do match in ppersonality... but the times motyo are diferent... Nekoma - We must flow without stopping , Karasuno - attack as a group and never stop

Kenma and Kuro's relationship is what Coach Ukai wanted for Hinata and Kageyama, they have strong coordination because they've been playing together for a long time
