It's such a small detail but when Michimiya (girl's volleybal captain) and Daichi were talking, they were blocking the classroom door at first. Then a girl went in and they relocated so they won't be a bother to other students. It's literally a nothing detail but it's so realistic that happens everyday, I can't help but adore it.

It's also a testament to how much they wanted to make the anime feel lived-in. It's the small details that, on the surface, one might think they're useless. But the small details are what makes it feel more realistic. (Which is why I wasn't satisfied with how they allocated the budget for S4. Yes i know it's a tired issue. It's just my opinion about where they decided to heavily put effort in; instead of 4:6 quality, they went for 2:8)
I remember an article or interview with Miyazaki about Ghibli films. He noted that he observed his own daughter and applied her mannerisms, not only on the main character but the side characters too. Like the little girls/sisters always kicking their feet while they're sitting on a chair/ledge. He said they could have saved money and time just drawing side characters like statues in the background, but those things behind the main character gets subconsciously noticed by your brain.

I'm sure you've heard by now, but mamimumemo is 5 characters in the Japanese alphabet. The general formula is "a (ah), I (ee), u (oo), e (eh), o (oh)" , then add an s sound (sa, shi, su, se, so), then you get to m.

I don't think the numbers by the teams are seeds. I think they're just arbitrary numbers assigned to each team in their bracket. If it was seeds, that bracket setup makes zero sense
