Saw Micky at the Edinburgh Fringe just before he became massive. Best stand up I’ve ever seen. And he gave me the bottle of champagne he’d been given for doing the charity gig. Top geezer.

I think Micky Flanagan is the best comedian around at the moment and as been for the last few years.
For some reason this reminds me of a conversation/argument I had with my dear, departed missus.I came home pissed one night and she started whinging about how hard it is being a woman. In my opinion Micky Flanagan is number 1 closely followed by Peter Kay. Both are easily the best stand-ups of all time. Comedy geniuses both of them.

Culture really makes a huge difference. My husband is Persian. Very very shaved. Perfectly coiffed. Has no qualms about getting in a fight, though. If I ask him to tell someone hello, he'll call from the pub and put the person on the phone so I can say hello, myself. He takes this literally. He doesn't understand periods at all. He doesn't offer paracetamol. He offers driving me to hospital🤣
