Erica Synths PICO BBD // Eurorack's smallest BBD delay FX

Here we have the smallest BBD - bucket brigade delay - in the Eurorack format. The PICO BBD is a 3HP module from Erica Synths that gives us control over delay time, feedback, dry/wet mix, and input level with CV control over the delay time. Erica Synths chose to leave off any filtering in the circuit to remove noise/hiss and clock whine when you push the delay chips. In other units the filtering results in a duller, dark and murky delay sound, which you can get here by externally filtering the output or as I have ... you can choose to use and abuse the noise and glitch potential.
This is a "short demo" as I only had this unit very briefly before it was given away at an event some time ago. I filmed what I could quickly as I wanted to quickly explore the unit and share that with you all.

Always thinking about new Pico modules-- once you've got one, you want another because it's an odd number of HP while most modules have an even number... Gotta fill up that last HP! And you can put them next to each other, where the 2HP modules can be problematic with that at times (though I do like the 2HP modules as well, just won't butt them up against each other)...
