This is a great video but how does one know the organizational structure of a cloud kitchen i.e what will staffs role or tile be and what would they be doing?.
the alternative will become mainstream, it is the future. Overhead is kept minimum, it’s more efficient on all ends you can think of running a restaurant.
This is my new plan Just working in feasibility studies for Different kind of restaurants I mean fried chicken or Donner kebab or pizza what do you think if I make a mix of all this
@Wilson: Hey ! One more time, great video. At 0.40 (knowing your customers)... Let's talk about finding trends or popular products in your city. Do you have a particular methodology? I know you have many different ways to see what is either trending or is in demand in the targeting city/area. You said you use a combination of Insta., looking at what is getting the most traffic/shares from local publications, asking friends and people in different demographics. Concerning this particular subject, and which actually concerns DATA, would you have already put a video online? If not, could you show us step-by-step how you proceed and with which tools? Google Maps, Trends, Facebook, Insta. ? Or what you use.. @Wilson: My second question is about your coaching program: Do you offer something ONLY for Cloud Kitchen, taking into account the cultural aspects (assuming that all your clients are not in Vancouver). Thank you.
Great question and idea! ill shoot a video on this! :) No, i don't have a program just for cloud kitchens, the principals are the same as a restaurant, if not more focused on the principals. in a restaurant setting, you can fly by without truly understanding your customers because of walk in traffic. in a cloud kitchen format, the principals and foundation is even more important. we created a bonus lesson specifically for this. Check out our live class in november!
Do you have classes I'm really interested in learning how to write my business plan for my restaurant right now I have to store that's holding a product of mine it's a bill traction am really interested in getting my own brick-and-mortar
There are some differences since full on restaurant has dine-in space. And each city does have specific licenses and permits that are mandatory so please review those first. The good thing about joining a cloud kitchen space is that they usually have it easily laid out for you and will walk you through the steps to get set up (ofcourse depends on the operator).
I currently own a catering and private chef business. I do meal preps also, but the meal preps ate way too much money so I have decided to end the meal prep part of my business. I am wanting to add a virtual kitchen aspect of my business. I have created a simple menu that cross-utilizes ingredients. Can you go over on how to possibly pull a profit running a virtual kitchen? When pricing, I took the fact these 3rd party apps charge around 30% but I am still not totally sure on how to be sure to run a profit. Thank you for your videos!

Is it the same requirements to start in a cloud kitchen as a full on restaurant? (Licenses, permits, etc?)

Have a video coming on that next month :)
can your virtual kitchen be your home kitchen?
In some countries yes. But you want to look at what the laws and regulations are in your geographic location.
