Homemade Cookies And Cream Candy Bars

Cookies N Cream Candy Bars 🍫
Before becoming Vegan one of my favorite candies to enjoy was Hershey's Cookies N Cream. I have yet to find anything similar on the market so I figured why not recreate this myself!
With just 2 ingredients and some candy molds you have yourself the most delicious candy bar! (Makes 4 candy bars)

Ingredients
Roughly 1/2-3/4 of a 10.5 oz of white chocolate we used King David White Chocolate
1 cup of crushed Oreos
4 Candy molds
Directions
Heat water in a sauce pan over low-medium heat
Place a heat resistant bowl on top
Add your chocolate into the bowl
Stir until melted (you want to melt the chocolate without actually having direct heat)
Once melted remove from heat
Sprinkle a little of your crushed oreos into each candy mold
Pour in melted chocolate
Let sit at room temperature for an hour
Then carefully place into refrigerator or freezer to set
Serve once hard
Enjoy!

Oreos are vegan. They are not made with animal derived products.

Here in the US Oreos are accidentally vegan 👍🏽 but if you prefer there are plenty other healthy alternatives 😉
