Modeling done by weldments feature. and then apply 30ton load on top surface of trailer.
for bodies contact we keep same (bonded contact as default) because frame all together welded.

Thank you for the comment Sir, this is a basic skeleton chassis without suspension system and other parts, although i fixed the chassis where axle brackets to be welded and fifth wheel area where chassis will mate the truck.

how are you sure that you used an enough refined mesh to get the correct values of stress especially in stress concentration zones?
