And for boundary condition i think you should représent axles as a roller support instead of fixed support
Thank you for the comment Sir, this is a basic skeleton chassis without suspension system and other parts, although i fixed the chassis where axle brackets to be welded and fifth wheel area where chassis will mate the truck.

how are you sure that you used an enough refined mesh to get the correct values of stress especially in stress concentration zones?
And for control meshing area. This is just an example. You are right we should create control meshing area where stresses act more. Thank you for your feedback
