How are you able to do the analysis? I dont get the option because it says it is a multi-body part
Your model may have interference, I think that is the reason
@@solidworkstools2990 I extruded the legs it worked then. I think it was the small gaps I got in between the horizontal and vertical members
I couldn't add a line perpendicular to the surface

ok, but the mechanical properties of your (throat) "Bead weld" of 10mm @8:06 min do not carry over to your analysis simulation!
