Maybe the static study goes first and later the frequency must be charged to static....maybe.. and I don´t understand why you need scale the stress in the graphic?
i had first frq because for checking connection in 1D element, It's required for other software like ANSYS, If you don't than may be you will loose some connection. So for only checking connection i had done modal analysis, It is also possible first static and than modal analysis, Its called pertibution analysis in ANSYS.
