Layered pumpkin cake (easy recipe with baked pumpkin)
Ingredients for the batter (20x30cm tray):
2 medium eggs
a pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
9 tablespoons of caster sugar (150g)
9 tablespoons of vegetable oil (90ml)
9 tablespoons of milk (110ml)
12 tablespoons of plain flour (approx. 220g)
2 teaspoons baking powder
optional (but I recommend) grated rind from half an orange (use untreated rind, organic or bio oranges)
Ingredients for the filling:
the baked pulp from 2 pie pumpkins (I used 2 pumpkins of 1 kg each)
2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
I baked the first layer at 170 degrees C (top down without ventilation) for 10 min., and after adding the filling and spreading the second batter layer, I put the cake back in the oven at the same temperature for 30-40 min. (time may vary depending on the type of oven used).

Arata super🥰voi încerca, 👍dar dacă nu pun la copt prima foaie și pun tot de odată se poate și asa?

Eu am încercat și totul o dată, dar foaia de jos nu s-a copt 100%, așa că nu recomand. Spor 🤗❤️
