@@OMNI0626 none of these suggestions work so it doesnt really matter. enter code +watchdog_time_milliseconds 30000 is what the devs are using to find the bug to fix the problem.

Every single match i play, ranked or unranked my game freezes. I have to use task manager to quit the game and the re-load the game and hopfull I haven't died... Season 15 is broken! Please fix this respawn!!

Went into a ranked game and got to the last 3 squads left and I was th only one alive in my squad and it happened again. When i came back into the game it said i had forfeited the game!! I didn't get any of my points or anything!!! GG Respawn! This game is unplayable until this gets fixed!!!!!

Did all the steps, game crashed before even selecting a legend. F*ck respawn.
After a few games, the crashing definitely went down. So thanks for this video, it was helpful. Before I couldn’t even finish a match.
Had the same issue, I have a feeling its just the new map, arenas work fine but obviously we cant go on other maps because the new map is both unranked and ranked at the minute and I literally cant play BR without the game freezing like 3 times per match.

If you want to solve the problem, you need to downgrade gpu driver version, it worked for me. I have nvidia, and i downgrade the driver from latest version to 5.16.59 version

The developers seriously messed up with the game code, from which it now regularly crashes for at least every third player, and they have not released a patch for a week now. Like everything is OK, two-thirds is enough for us.
If there was a solution on our side, it would be one, monolithic solution, and there would be no need to do everything from disabling the antivirus to dancing with a tambourine to shamanic songs. I tried the first two solutions, they didn't help. I'm not going to disable the antivirus or verify the game files - everyone has a Windows antivirus, and I'm 100% sure of the integrity of the files, since I recently bought a new ssd, installed a new system, and have an excellent Internet connection.

tried all of this. this is the same issue as season 3. this will eventually fix itself. hopefully by next patch

imagine defending EA and Respawn this hard. Ive been playing since season 1 and the way Ea and Respawn ignores the playerbase and refuses to fix their game as soon as there is a problem is unreal, but hey if you want to simp for them and say shit like this then you do you, but your only hurting yourself!

Guys, I found out is the new map, it’s a bug on the audio, it crashes every time there’s an audio desync, doing this will help but it will keep crashing eventually. Devs need to fix it.
I legit almost deleted apex for getting freezes and crashes luckily i found this video and it made my year thanks this fixes everything %100
it doesnt work. you'll start to crash again. i have to literally delete my game asset files at the beginning of every match and it works like half the time.

I tried these tips, and nothing fixes, so I tried reinstalling windows and it crashes like it's missing or something, because I'm playing a ranking match like testing 8 - 17 games, no more freezing even no once, I don't know why? this is my last step to do it
i dont have system >display>setting on my windows version, where it is on win 10? and my apex is from origin, not from steam
EA needs to fix their game! season 14 was fine, this never happened, but now in season 15 my game will randomly freeze while music and sound still playing, i can still talk to my team mates, but I have to use task manager to close the game and jump back in and hope im not dead or outside the ring, its so annoying, ive lost matches because of this and this has happened to both teammates and friends and somehow i won a game despite the game randomly freezing three times in the same match, i had to exit and relaunch the game three times and somehow still won. Its almost unplayable like this though.
I have not deactivated the firewall. But I followed the rest of the steps and haven't had a freeze since. Thanks! 😍

Hello. How's it going. It tries to comply with the files what you said, but a file does not appear; r5apex_dx12.exe
everything worked fine before the patch now its freez every game i was abel too play like 1 whole game so far with no crash or freez this is beyond redicules and im sick off having to watch videos about how to fix a game when i did nothing.
season 15 is awful my game is always crash and when I try to quit game it doesnt allow me to close from task manager which is ridiculous....

I played this game at 60-80 fps without having any problems since season 6. I tried so many CZcams solutions but non of them fix my problem.
I thought it's my gpu dying, glad I found my people with gtx 1050ti having the same issue

You guys may be able to help me. I just bought an msi 2070 super. And I installed it… however when I launch apex legends. It starts off laggy as I’m loading in. Then it proceeds to get better. If I go into a game I get about 5-10 minutes of play time before my whole game freezes. I then ctrl +alt+delete to sign out and retry. It keeps happening over and over. Does this have to do with my graphics settings? Or anything in that realm? Or is it just apex?
Hey, I just recently had the same issue a couple weeks ago. For me, I had to make sure all of my graphic softwares were fully updated, which at the time of the issue, they were not. I updated my GeForce Experience software, and it immediately solved the issue. Im running the newest windows on an HP Omen for reference btw. Whatever graphics card you use, just make sure its fully updated on the software built into your PC and it should solve the framerate and graphics issue. Hope this helps!

its probably because the ingame files or something because last time its happened to at KC on Airbase where people gets disconnected and crashed when entering Airbase

Nothing wrong with it, r5 is for mod/customization apex
@@talithanabila9015 No that's not true, the second folder is for the DX12 version of Apex, you are talking about "R5 Apex Reloaded" Which is named after the exe file for Apex. It might that DX12 is not compatible with his device so it doesn't show up?

Patch Problem Just wait until they fixing it this note From Developer : Hey everyone, to those experiencing the freezes, can you try adding this line to your launch parameters "+watchdog_time_milliseconds 30000". Then once the game freezes please wait about 30 seconds, a prompt should show up saying "The game is not responding. Press Retry to wait or Cancel to quit the game.", we need you to hit cancel. This won't fix the problem but it should help us get some more information to get it fixed ASAP.
How to add command lines:
EA App:
From “My Collection”, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the Apex Legends tile and select “View Properties”.
Add "+watchdog_time_milliseconds 30000" in the text box under “Advanced Launch Options”.
Click “Save” and launch the game normally.
Origin:
From “My Game Library”, right click Apex Legends -> Game Properties -> Advanced Launch Options
Add "+watchdog_time_milliseconds 30000" to Command line arguments
Click “Save” and launch the game normally
Steam:
From your library, right click Apex Legends, and select Properties.
Add "+watchdog_time_milliseconds 30000" to “Launch Options”
Close the properties window and launch the game normally
