News Flash: Two Hobbits who survived the Mines of Moria , Uruk-hai kidnapping and Sauron taken out by a smoked oyster. Never eat anything that looks like a big piece of snot especially if it's been smoked then drowned in oil. Should have stuck to mushrooms.

Here’s a suggestion for the quiz:
First a chance to answer without multiple choice, for double points. If you’re wrong, you can get one point for multiple choice.
I don’t mean to sound snobby, but to me having read and watched the Lord of the Rings multiple times, it’s a fairly easy quiz by and large.
I agree, I felt like these fans probably could have answered a lot of these questions without the multiple choice. They could also do it kinda like “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” where you get a couple lifelines. They could have once chance to request multiple choice and one chance to ask Billy or Dom for a clue.
For the quiz, you could offer 2 points when the contestants get the answer without multiple choice, and 1 point with multiple choice. It could be a good way to add a twist to the quiz and reduce ties maybe.

Loved Billy's 'that one gave me the boake Dom' line during the Taste the World' segment. That had me giggling for hours.

I've got a funny Auto Correct story. Couple of weeks ago, I was at a bbq, and sister texts me and ask what I was doing. I proceed to tell her about the party. And told her I tried smoked crab for the first time. For reasons unknown, my phone said "smoked crack," She answered with a big eyed emoji, and said " YOU SMOKED CRACK???" I died laughing!🤣🤣🤣

Darn it. I was eating lunch during the 'eat the world' segment. Of course today would be the day they found something they hated. RIP to my Mexican street corn/bean bowl lunch.
As far as meditative/spiritual practices, I make a note to end the day by listing off three good things that happened that day, regardless of how small or seemingly inconsequential. It refocuses my outlook on the day to be more positive, and reminds me to be thankful and grateful.
They really need some harder questions on their quizzes. I’ve never not known the answer to a single one so far
Dom needs to get comfortable and take his shoes off like Billy. Adds a cozy vibe to the podcast haha

Producer John needs to use a compressor on your volumes. It's super loud, I turn it down. Next second, it's whisper quiet and I have to turn it back up. Back and forth. Compressor/limiter set up works wonders to keep Db level

I have vivid memories of eating those oysters when I was a broke art student. My best friend loved them and when we were tight on money she'd buy smoked oysters or tinned clams and serve them on a savory biscuit with tomato sauce. I tried so hard to convince myself that it tasted good, but it was really quite awful. 🤣
