@@FTWorWTF well a lot of the Sinnoh fans quit Pokémon /don't have the Nintendo Switch so there isn't that much demand for it. Besides it currently already is a gem, and I personally don't want any gigantamax shit in sinnoh
I bought a Switch in anticipation for the Sinnoh remakes. Then they anouced dlc for SwSh.

This is the equivalent of being in a knife fight with somebody, but instead of a knife, you have a junebug tied to a string and are swinging it over your head like a meadevil flail.
This was one of the most well made Pokémon challenge videos I’ve seen. I love it!

Favorite moment: Fighting Barry at the elite 4... Smh so damn close.
Even if he did get past Barry, he would have to face Flint, which is basically game over for Kricketot without Mud Slap RNG.
He was very clearly pronouncing the rival's name as "Berry" that whole time, although I'm not sure if it's his aforementioned Canadianness or a reference to Bug Bite always stealing the berries.

Man you are a mad lad. I dont think anyone has done this challenge. You are a really an underrated youtuber.
Just want to say that this is the first challenge I've enjoyed in a while. I think we need more challenges without TMs(until absolutely necessary) and more pokemon that can actually fail. Nearly all of the challenges I see now are incredibly easy, so this was a breath of fresh air. It reminded me of the videos that made me like these, like magikarp and weedle.

Just btw, you didn't have the insect plate equipped in your final distortion world battle with Cyrus. You had the shell bell equipped, that's probably why your bug bite didn't take out the Weavile.

Hey silph, I love your vids but might I suggest turning off battle animations to make battles/grinding go faster for you. I know I don’t mind not seeing them and it will save you from future madness.

My friends and I just finished racing Pokémon platinum, and I feel your pain with that Fantina battle. Even in a normal run she’s probably one of the biggest difficulty spikes. I nearly screamed of frustration a few times after like 15 attempts. Platinum is a hard Pokémon game for sure.

Me and my sister thought it was "Flow-ma-roma' town too. Probably no hope of getting out of that habit after 12 years of calling it that XD, but I guess I like it XD. Knowing that someone else thought it was that for so long too was awesome. I love the jokes you made (I laughed a lot at the 'protagonist starts thinking he's in another dimension' one XD) , and I really loved the thrill of not knowing if Kricketot was going to make it or not in those down-to-the-wire battles. I usually don't watch videos that are 10+ mins long but I've seen all your 40+ lol I love these challenges! Can I request something? What's the total In Game Hours and how much of your personal time do you put into a challenge such as this?
Hey Isaac! So glad you're enjoying them! Game hours for these challenges typically range from about 30-60 hours depending on difficulty. As for editing, scriptwriting, etc., that usually adds about another 20-30 hours to the process. Hope that helps!

Just finished a run of Platinum with only a shinx and holy hell it was insanely challenging and fun and I just wanted to say thanks for this video as I definitely used a lot of this tech
It'd be cool to see if you could actually beat an E4 member if you got past barry, but Flint would end the run for sure anyways and if he didn't, Cynthia sure would. Great run! Kind of makes me want to do a bug monotype run of Platinum sometime soon, sounds cool but idk I'd have to check routes after seeing this lmao
