Know what else is the best in the world? Don’t think I don’t see that Dollar Tree spatula- those are the best. Especially for flipping fried eggs- kinda hard to find non slotted ones that are that thin. I keep a brand new spare one in the pantry, just in case.

I normally break the egg in another plate before putting it in the pot with other eggs...what if it spoil
I have cracked thousands of eggs in my lifetime never once have I seen a spoiled one. I do open my cartons at the store tho like you should. So I’ve never bought a cracked or suspect egg. I don’t have my own chickens tho so maybe those spoil. However, I always thought home grown eggs are better.
