Inferior Wall Myocardial Infarction: More Than Meets the Eye

Today, we take a deeper dive into the concept of inferior wall myocardial infarction.
Just to clarify; the pulmonary artery takes blood out of the right ventricle and send it to the lungs while the pulmonary veins send blood back to the heart (left atrium) from the lungs. Sorry for any confusion.

I have a question u seems to have t wave inversion in lead 3 ....is that significant..and let say some one have t wave invert in 2 out 3 inferior leads ....is it inferior ischemia.
