- MLG Pit gameplay (level 50) from Snipedown. Amazing multikills and all-around performance, this one is a must-see!
What Snipedown did right:
-Power weapon control. Snipedown constantly had a sniper in his hand and was using it to keep the other team on their toes by killing them off the spawns. His team did a nice job of supporting him as the main slayer and were able to pull a steaktacular because of it.
Not that it needs to be said but his sniping was amazing. In this game alone Snipedown pulled of more montage shots then most people pull off in a week- or even longer. He was constantly shooting for the head and didn't give the opposing team a chance to set up or move about the map.
-Awareness and ocmmunication. Knowing where the other team is and ajusting your playstyle to a specific area of the map is one of the hardest things to get down in Halo. We saw Snipedown do this beautifully though and the scoreboard reflected his brilliant manuevers.
What Snipedown could have done better:
-He had a bit of a shaky BR at times and could have made up for this with better positioning. Next time I'd like to see him getting the high ground on his opponents so that his BR shots would be cleaner and more effective.

Nearly a decade ago, I uploaded this as one of my first videos. My early commentaries make me laugh, but I love watching the gameplay and remembering all of the fun Halo 3 brought. There was never another game or community quite like it

Your commentary is fucking hilarious and so unenthusiastic, despite the amazing gameplay. It's as if everything snipedown does is so completely obvious to you. Like: Looks like a mauler spawn, good thing this guy is nice enough to deliver snipedown some ammo, he decides to chase, he probably shouldn't. Fucking comedy man. Love it.
I really miss these days. It has broke my heart still to this day that we have drifted so far off from the core of what H2 and H3 brought. Hopefully and still praying that I can play potentially a 16v16 on sandtrap on Halo 6 and HOPE that it’s similar to how H3 was....

i made it to a 48 on halo 3 back in the days i was such a beast now on the master chief collection im lucky to even get 10 kills i cant even make it past a 15 this game seems more diffrent
+hittman sanjo never played it, but why?
was a lvl 42 back in the days in halo 3, but had my best times and stats with halo 4
That 60fps and the fact that mcc is emulated makes the whole game feel different imo
I had a 50 in team Slayer and at least a 45 in doubles and lone wolves and a couple of other temporary playlists (I pulled an all nighter trying to get a 50’s in infection lol but I just never pulled it off)
It’s the Quality of players that’s changed. More people are genuinely good now.

This is probably the best sniper action I've ever seen. All skill shots, and putting them on target as fast as the gun can shoot them.
That overkill is one of the sickest, he had such good eb and flow

He's telling it for the audiences benefit, Snipedown is obviously having fun (ie: chasing, going for multikills) and not worrying about doing the perfect thing at every choice. MLGProTips knows that, he's just saying perhaps what you should do if your not as good as snipedown is, which is everyone.

I know Eric in real life. He graduated from Zionsville High School two years back. I'm going to be a Junior this year. He's a pretty cool guy, a little snobby but hey, he's rich and a pro haha.
I don't do it for pro's, I do it for the viewers to learn how to be a good team player and pick up on styles, tips, tricks that others use and hopefully it will make them better in the long run.

very very nice tips. just one thing about never chasing, i wouldnt suggest to never chase ( i think ur right about hardly ever) but if there one shot, and ur certain u can get the kill, chase but be weary or the positioning or surrounding teammates. make sure u know where the opposition team is before chasing. I really like ur vids though, keep it up.

It is from my experience. I enjoyed Halo 2 much more than Halo 3, and Halo 1 much more than Halo 2; however, most people prefer Halo 2 over all Halo's based off of my observations over the years. As you have proven... some prefer Halo 3 as well, but this seems less common to me. The majority of players seem to prefer Halo 2, and with good reason. It was the most competitive Halo made, and really stimulated the brains ability to strategize creative ideas to implement into its bag of tricks.

actually if its a film, the button layout is adjusted to show the button layout of the party leader, so if i played on bumper jumper and I was watching a film of someone who played on default, then it would say hold B to pick up even though the person who made the film played on default
But yes some pros play on default, and I dont know if this is tru but I heard that Snip3down plays on boxer

@machalo3 No, a steaktacular is when you win by more than 20 kills. For example winning in big team squad 100-80, you would be awarded a steaktacular medal.
