I recognize the music playing in the background but forget what it is. Can someone please tell me the music playing.
That shot of her dropping her smile and walking across the room as if she knows she is being watched is a classic. She nailed it with the tiny smile she gives as she walks... Most people who try to envision themselves in that situation don't have her talent or looks... Or even if they do, they just don't meet the right people.

Exactly, I came to despise her character by the end of the movie. The scene where she's going apeshit and crashing her car into his and screaming to get into his house... man. I hated Ginger by the time that movie was over, but that just means Sharon Stone was playing the role precisely how she needed to in order to convey that feeling properly.
The relationship between Ginger & Lester (James Woods) was so frustrating. The restaurant scene when Sam shows up & sits in the booth. Sooo good.
Talk about amazing performances, every scene she did, from slapping Ben Foster, to the final interview scene. Raw. Emotional. Deeply moving.
And she definitely held her own.
She should have won an Oscar for that part. She was so good. Full of depth.
