Fried Chicken & Pumpkin Waffles

- Follow this recipe to make some delicious Fried Chicken Tenders and Pumpkin Waffles.
Ingredients:
Waffles:
1 1/2 cups of All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup of chopped Pecans
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of melted and cooled butter
1 cup of pumpkin puree
1 cup of milk
Chicken Tenders:
1 1/2 to 2 pounds of chicken tenders
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
fresh ground black pepper
vegetable oil for frying (canola, peanut, avocado)
Serve with Maple Syrup, toasted pecans or with Gravy. - Jak na to + styl

I don't like that you use american measurements, you should use grams and milliliters instead of cups or ounces. American stuff of doing something is stupid.. :/ I'd never eat it with maple syrup but it would be good with a nice jus.
