Ingredients
Bagels - 1 pc
Ham - 150 grams
Cheese - 150 grams
Tomatoes - 3 pcs
Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
For the sauce
Butter - 30 grams
Olive oil - 10 ml
Flour - 2 tablespoons
Мilk - 1 liter
Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon
Grated cheese - 150 grams
Method of preparation
Cut the baguette into slices.
Place a piece of ham, cheese and a slice of tomato between the slices and alternate until we fill the pan, which we previously greased with melted butter.
We prepare the sauce by frying the flour in the heated oil with olive oil.
Fry for 1 minute on low heat.
Add the hot fresh milk and season with nutmeg.
Boil for 3 minutes on low heat.
Add the grated cheese and leave on the stove for 1 minute on a low heat.
We pour the prepared slices with the resulting sauce.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 35 minutes.
