Excellent stuff (again). Dark Cave is really, really good as you said. I usually stick with plain tsipouro, but Dark Cave is something else. Also Tsilili make a great "normal" tsipouro. I find Babatzim a little too sweet. Δεκαράκι (Dekaraki) is not bad either for standard tsipouro. As @markdeamer8619 mentioned though, the islands (specifically Crete) with their Raki (or Tsikoudia as you mentioned) can get...interesting...if you know some locals.
Aniseed flavoured Tsipouro are also consider Raki on the islands
