U.S. Poet Laureate Joy Harjo, 2020 Special Guest Poet, at the 17th Annual Palm Beach Poetry Festival's Thomas Lux Memorial Reading. She speaks, reads, tells us important stories, plays flute and saxophone in the course of this extraordinary event. Hers is a unique role as the first Native American U.S. Poet Laureate, which was extended for a second term on April 30, 2020. Poet, artist, musician, story-teller, the entire event was a magical and mesmerizing evening.
