One thing i dnt get about weskers master plan : say for arguments sake he releases uroboros,hes gonna have 2 major problems : -one,the fact tht 99 percent of the populace is gonna end up a tentacle monster,given their inferior genes,not to mention the plant,aquatic life will most likely mutate,so hes left with a world thts far from a utopia -and even if just 1 percent of the human race becomes superhuman,what made him think they will willingly follow him,esp after he pretty much bodied said superhumans' friends,families,etc,i mean its nt like uroboros gives u hivemind powers like the plaga,so its nt like hed b able to mentally control them,the way saddler for instance controlled his cult 😅
I've never thought about this before 😂 Straight up, how was Wesker going to get these new superhumans to follow him?? I guess maybe he'd make himself the strongest and then physically impose/recruit a police force to help him police people? But even then these superhumans would be scattered throughout the world, so how does he get them all to meet up when there's no airplanes flying anymore because traffic control and pilots are all tentacle monsters now?? Wesker's plan feels very: Step 1: Destroy most of humanity and rule over the left over superhumans Step 2: ??? Step 3: Profit 😎 And like you said, the world would be overrun with tentacle monsters... Like they'd all be busy fighting off the monsters than creating a Utopia... Maybe Wesker had a secret part of his plan we weren't privy to in RE5 haha (I hope so at least because otherwise Wesker's a lot sillier than I initially thought (and I already thought he was pretty silly haha))
@luffiewebster all those great points u made coulda been easily solved had wesker just added some plaga elements into uroboros,while he ofc had the dominant strain in his own body so he can control whoever got infected,b able to telepathically communicate with them from far away As seen in 4R with saddler : he was able to communicate with leon,Ashley all way from the island to where they were at the time (the castle),and let's nt forget the "exorcist" bit he (saddler) pulled whn he spoke thru Ashley right before he took leons knife near the castles maze,I mean thts what God hood is as far as those RE villains go,it's where u reach a point where ur subjects dnt even have their own thoughts,just urs,becoming extensions of u But then again mayb that was weskers original plan from get go,before ada ruined it by nt givin him the amber,and he thought "welp guess brute forcing my way into makin my future uroboros superhuman subjects obey is the way to go" and ofc wesker would NEVER admit sucha thing out loud given his extreme narcissism 😄
As insane as Wesker is, he is not only deceptive but a total genius to get what he wants by any means necessary. He reminds me of Liquid Snake disguised as Master Miller in Metal Gear Solid to trick Solid Snake to start the activation of Metal Gear Rex.
Ooh I'd never thought about comparing Liquid disguising himself and doing whatever needs doing to achieve his goals similar to how Wesker's willing to do anything to achieve his goals too! That's such a neat comparison!!

In Metal Gear Solid, Snake changed the key card to hot and when you contact Master Miller, his excitement is showing as a foreshadowing of Liquid playing his brother.
