Masarap na Arroz Caldo Ala Chefmom Rosebud!!!

One of my favorite comfort food, ang Arroz Caldo. Please watch this video mga-Cheffies, napaka SARAP nito!!!

Arroz Caldo
Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion diced
10 pcs garlic minced2 shallots finely diced or 1 red onion
4 tablespoons fresh ginger diced
½ dried turmeric 500 grams chicken3 tablespoons fish sauce
8 cups chicken broth1 cup glutinous rice (malagkit)1 cup Jasmine white ricesalt and pepper
For Serving: 6tablespoons fried garlic
3 pieces calamansi2 green onions thinly sliced
3 eggs hard boiled

I miss eating aros.. yun lng i stopped eating any rice during pandemic pra d n lumobo tyan ko.. i been thinking of your recipe but w cauliflower n add some 2 or 3 table spoons of glutinous power to maintain that gltnous texture..
