Kare-Kare
Ingredients:
2 kg beef including tuwalya
15 cups wate
4 pcs garlic
1pc onion, sliced
Salt & Ground Black Pepper to taste
½ cup annato oil
4 pcs onion, chopped
1 whole garlic, minced
10 cups beef broth- from the boiled and softened beef pot
1 cup peanut butter
3-4 tablespoons glutinous rice, toasted
2 tablespoons fish sauce
4 tablespoon sugar
Salt
Vegetables:
String beans, sliced 2 inches
Banana Flower Buds, sliced into rounds
Eggplant, sliced into rounds
Pechay
Bagoong

Ingredients:
2 kg beef including tuwalya
