  • I wanted to give a quick break down on super thin chains. There's some styles that are better than others. I think it's worth it going with a more durable chain than a better looking chain at this size. If something happens to certain chains, there's really no way of fixing it. It's definitely worth doing your research and being comfortable with what you choose. The Franco chain at the smaller sizes is much better than the rope chain in my opinion. It's all preference though!

To All Future Customers of Jacoje:
If you are considering a thin chain like Braden said in his video- I highly HIGHLY suggest the 1.5mm franco diamond cut. I got it a year ago as a starter chain (I’ve since upgraded) but it is an absolutely beautiful chain. I plan on giving it to my son when he’s old enough to take care of it. It is a solid strong chain, I swam, showered, slept in it for a year straight with no problems. It looks great with a pendant too. My suggestion is 20” or 22” inches.
FYI - all of my chains from Braden passed the 14k scratch test. A few surface test readings showed under 58% (around 57.8%) but on average it was over or close to 58.3% which is 14k. Didn’t get a chance to check it with a thermo gun but I am 1000% confident in the purity. Don’t hesitate on Braden- this is the real deal!

20 feels like a choker to me, I recommend people start with 22” and if they want to layer can get a 20” later. 20” always slips under my collar as well.

Just ordered my 18kt 1.5mm franco 24in. and I gotta say, you guys have the best prices for the piece considering the gram weight of 18kt gold in the chain. I checked out another "DY"signer brand that has men's fine jewelry and they carry an 18kt 1.7mm chain and it's twice as much as yours. I also checked out a precious metals trading store in my area and they have a used 18kt 1.2mm franco-style chain in 20in for almost $400 more than what you guys sell.

Funny story I bought a 14kt solid 1.5mm rope 20 inches and a solid 14kt 3mm rope 24 inch to layer and oddly enough the 1.5mm lasted the longest (7 years) to the 3mm (5 years)

Well first off, they break EASY!
My grandma would get me chains around the same thickness and they would break so easily, esp being a kid didn't help.
Maybe for girls/women tiny thin chains are ok but heh.

I have a 1.5 mm baby curb and I think I should’ve went with a 1.5mm Franco just for the soul reason it looks a bit bigger than the baby curb but I still think 1.5mm is still a nice subtle size for men that don’t wanna wear big flashy chains just something casual that completes your outfits.

1.5mm Franco ALL DAY. It’s a little more expensive but way bigger looking in person than the 1mm. If you’re still stuck on the 1mm then still a Franco.

Brandon W Because the quality of the manufacturing of Jacoje chains is not matched. From someone who has purchased a chain from him the price and quality is the best.
