Did all this and mine still kept clicking when turned down to simmer. I had to take out the gas jet, the little brass nut down in the center, and ream it clean with a sewing needle. Just a tiny bit of debris in there means there is not enough gas flow to keep the burner lit when turned to low setting....the igniter senses the lack of flame and tries to constantly relite the burner.

Thanks for watching & sharing your experience. The next troubleshooting step we recommend looking at is your actual Ignition Switch’s. These are located underneath your knobs.
You will need to carefully remove knobs & clean all switches. Over the years of cooking, these little switches can gather food particles, dust, & corrosion...ultimately causing your cooktop to degrade.

Thanks for watching & sharing your experience. Let’s get this figured out.
A few things come to mind.
      1. Spark Ignition
Your spark ignition is in charge of starting the Spark process...if it fails, all burners will click.
      2. Spark Module
Your Spark Module is in charge of controlling all spark sequences & if it fails...you will experience miscellaneous sparks on different igniters...& sometimes all igniters.
Replacing both parts should definitely get your stove top up & running properly & efficiently.

Our stoves have a feature called auto reignition, it is able to sense the presence of flame and if it knows the gas is on but no flame is sensed it will trigger a spark again. It senses the spark by the increased electrical conductivity of the flame. It senses this between the spark tip and the flame port right next to it. That means if the flame port is clogged or the spark tip is corroded/gunked up with debris it will not be able to correctly sense the presence of the flame. To fix this clicking issue you need to check two things on every burner.
      1. That the spark tip is clean, like this video shows.
      2. That the gas ports/flame guides nearest to the spark tip are clean (this was my issue, I had to disassemble and run a drill bit through the tiny holes to clear out the blockage)
If that doesn't work, then could be something wrong with the igniter electronics.

Thanks for watching & sharing your experience. This is more common than you think. Let’s get this figured out together!
It’s very possible that the spill that was added to the igniter on that specific burner is causing an interference with the igniters electrical connection.
We recommend cleaning the igniter & then getting it lit. You may have to manually light the burner with a lighter....Be extremely careful. Once it’s lit, allow the burner to burn for several minutes...it may take up to 25 minuets or so to allow that burner to burn off any additional particles in order to allow the electrical current to work properly & efficiently again.
Let’s start there! Keep us posted!
