I'm so so glad Sadhguru talked about the Japanese people. In India, we love the eat all you want, buffet, unlimited meals sort of stuff. The way we eat our food at home and outside directly relates to why so many of us put on weight soon after we turn 30. We don't measure the food we eat. But if you look at the Japanese, they eat a lot of different things in a meal but they eat small portions of it. They ensure this by serving each item in a small bowl, so the bowl becomes their measurement. If you ever happen to walk around Japanese streets, you'll seldom find an overweight person. Even their elderly look really fit. Whereas in India, we eat on a plate and we eat everything the plate can hold and as many times as our stomach can hold. This should change immediately. Otherwise India will become the most obese and unhealthy country in the world.

I am just sharing my little incident from the day before yesterday. I did breakfast at around 8 am.. My mother was asking me to have lunch at around 11 am, but I refused to eat as I wasn't hungry.. but at around 2 pm I was hungry , so I had have my lunch. It was just the same items that I eat everyday.. but when I was eating, I almost kinda cried .. I enjoyed it so much .. I don't entirely know why did I cry.. but may be, because I felt the real hunger and was grateful to have the food. Just sharing.... Namaskaram. #SaveSoil

The Japanese still into it are able to produce a Honda and Toyota. We need to get back to that same old 'Gratitude Levels for a Cultural Industrial Revolution like in past.'

We in our family, b4 eating we bow down showing gratitude, remember God name or gurus name.
Then eat. Also, when food is served, we take a little water in hand and make a circle with it, where the food plate is kept, now the food plate is under the circle. Also, put some food on the floor at the side of the plate, we offer it to...After doing all these then we eat. These are total science, not superstitions.

Very VALUABLE Video!! - Most DEFINITELY, It needs a SUBTITLE! - Embedded or burned SUBS within a Video are NOT editable. CZcams provided, and automated Subtitles are also VERY »BAD to translate. Due to many factors like: »no Punctuation, Pronunciation, mumbling, fast-talk, Audio/Sound etc..« ---» A »» SOLID, manually added SUBTITLE / TRANSCRIPTION-Text, on the other hand, would give this great Video even more depth. That way, MORE international viewers would/could join in - since they would/could translate to their native mother-tongue »the CORRECT way. ---» Subsequence (later) modifications (adjustments) can still be made, right!? So, WHY waiting? - Just add a Transcription-TEXT manually.
    .
Again, the displayed one within the Video is NOT editable! Hence: Very bad to translate. But since the Text exists already, just added it to this video.

I share about God and Jesus.
2 Chronicles 16: 9 For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. ...
Jesus: John 14: 21 He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him.” 22 Judas (not Iscariot) *said to Him, “Lord, what then has happened that You are going to disclose Yourself to us and not to the world?” 23 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him. 24 He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me.
Jesus: John 8: 29 And He who sent Me is with Me; He has not left Me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to Him.”
John 8: 12 Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, “I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.”
