Gaudi cake: the finished cake and snippets of the other Youtube time lapse videos

A little 1 minute summary video showing the finished Gaudi cake and all the stages of creation and decorating from sketching the design to decorating each tier. Some of the decoration techniques I use are stencilling; hand painting; isomalt; mosaic tiling and layering.
I had wanted to create a Gaudi cake for ages but never seemed to manage to find the time - until this year and the dreaded Covid pandemic which unfortunately left a whole lot of us with more time on our hands than we normally have. So I used the time, took the opportunity, and brought my ideas to life at long last in this towering 40" tall display cake.
