Here's a VERY quick tutorial on how to stop randomized sims from populating your game and allow you to create your own NPC's and townies!
! VERY IMPORTANT !
I completely forgot to mention that you NEED to have between 50 to 100 sims in YOUR library for this to work. Those will be the sims that will be populating your game now.
If you're too lazy to create your own sims, I have a bunch of sims avalaible to download on my Patreon (FREE)!

I did everything you said but is not working, when i run the vets hospital or a restaurant still generates new people and it doesn’t allow me to hore my own townies.. any help/advice?
I did as in the video, and everything seemed to work out, but my characters who were saved to the library young for some reason go old, and also autonomously become aliens (
Oh, i’m so sorry! I never experienced that! You can go into your gameplay settings and stop your sims from aging! That’s what I did. Hope that works! 🙏🏼

helloo i have a few questions, first if i delete the townies that have houses/ apartments, will my new townies live there instead? next what if there are some townies that i want to keep for example akira, do i move him to my households?
hi, im not 101% sure about this, but im pretty sure if u do NOT delete the townies that you do want in your game, they will stay there. and the game will just generate townies from your library, but everyone you choose to keep will be ok

If you have sims in game that are also downloaded to the library, won't it duplicate them?
Oh! There's an option to only include sims from other people. That is helpful.

If I don't have any sims in my library, does that mean NO sims will spawn in the world? Would I end up with an empty world?
No, the game will automatically generate more random townies
Do i need to download tons of townies in a gallery to populate them or the MCCC will do their work?
You have to either download townies or make your own. I know it takes a really long time, but it’s so worth it!!

You should make sure you have enough sims in your library, like between 50-100 otherwise it will randomize ugly townies 😂🫶🏼
