Tomasz, could you please help? I'm chasing customer service, but could not get the proper answer. I have Azuro pump with capacity of 4000 l/hour, and Azuro pool (it looks like we have the same). Could you please explain how did you connect hose with the gray adapter to the skimmer? (I was trying to connect it with white plate (from Azuro set) that I use when vacuuming manually, but that way Intex ZX50 goes only about 1.5-2 metres and than stop and do not move anymore) I'm aware that the pump I have is low capacity, but for this automatic cleaner it states that it can work for pumps of 3500 l/hour. Much appriciate for your help.
@@marijapopovic7240 The pump is too weak, the manufacturer is a bit misleading when it comes to the pump, this is my opinion. I have an Azuro pool with a powerful pump, I put the direct in the skimers and the force of the sled tightens the hose, without using this round insert. It's a bit of fun, you have to be careful not to let him take air.

@@Damian_LiFe odkurzscz sprawdzałem przy pompie 5600 l/h i działał, oraz przy pompie 11300 l/h jezdził szybciej.

A l'usage le tuyau s'emmêle , formes des Noeux, ce qui rend inutilisable le robot qui de ce fait ne peux pas se déplacer sur toute le fond du bassin
