does both models work with pool pump 3700l/h?

You mean 3700 GPH then yes. If it is 3700 Litre per hour then no because it is only equivalent to around 977 gallon per hour. This needs at least 1600 gph or 6056 litre per hour.

Thanks for the support. Your high chlorine will be burn by the sun so that is not something you need to worry about. To increase alkalinity, you will need to add baking soda. Your PH will go up when you add too much baking soda so, I will suggest that you download the pool math app by TFP so you can have a better idea on how much baking soda you need to add.
You can also share your test numbers and your pool capacity here if you want us to look at the numbers together. Also, if you can test your water source that will be helpful as this will give you a better idea on how your numbers will change when you refill your pool.
Every pool setup is different and I'm sure you will learn how to control your water in no time.

@@diymanual Thank you I’ll have a look - I have 2 test strips ( different companies) one says chlorine way too high the other is perfect. It’s my first time “running” a pool, my dad always looked after it growing up, but I’ve moved hemispheres and can no longer ask him. We used HTH in South Africa but haven’t heard of it in uk, so I’m clueless. I appreciate your help
We’ve had this pool about 6-8 weeks now and it’s not turned green yet so something is definitely going well. I have a pump and pump heaters, heater only on as required
I change pump filter every 2-3 weeks. I’ll keep you posted - have you got an email and I can send you the test strips and the results?

@@STICKYMESS17 as long as you have chlorine level of 1 or higher it will never turn green. Now that you mentioned that you have the pool for 6 to 8 weeks, unless the water feels uncomfortable or it makes your skin dry I would not add anything right now. Low alkalinity will tend to pull the PH level down but you said that your PH is good. If you have a small pool and a lot of people using it having a low PH might be working to your advantage. Wait till the chlorine level goes down to normal range and test again. In my experience, high chlorine level will sometimes affect the result of the test especially the test strips.
